Maharanis -- can you believe it? It's almost been a full 365 days of Indian weddings at MW headquarters! As we wrap up 2012, it's time to raise a glass of bubbly and toast all the Maharanis who've shared their special event with us. We believe every Indian wedding we feature brings a special somethin'-somethin' to the table, and I hope our wedding blog continues providing inspiration to all every Indian bride-in-training in the coming year!
That said, let's review a few of our fave Indian weddings of 2012!
First up: a destination wedding that starts in New Delhi and ends in Washington D.C.! The Indian wedding begins with a lovely pink Sikh ceremony that is designed Abu Janni. Photographed by CBArt Photography & Cinematography, the Indian wedding floral and decor is simply TO. DIE. FOR! (I mean, look at that flower chandelier!)

And that's just the beginning! Maharani Shivani and Raja Rueben's outdoor Indian wedding reception -- complete with fireworks and celebrity musicians -- leads the way to a uber elegant ballroom reception set at D.C.'s National Building Museum. This union def goes down in the books as one of our fave Indian weddings -- PERIOD!
Don't go away. Next is a pick for Maharani Weddings' top FUSION Indian wedding of 2012!
