It truly is beautiful to witness the union between two different cultures. Although Hindu and Sikh weddings may appear to be the same, the traditional ceremonies are both unique in their own sense. Our Indian bride Mallika and her new husband Gurpreet had a traditional Sikh wedding at the very first Gurdwara in Virginia, Sikh Foundation. I especially loved the soft, baby pink hue of Mallika's first lengha which paired perfectly with her smokey makeup and dark hair. The couple then tied the knot again in a Hindu ceremony at the Westfields Marriott. And, this lucky gal changed into a magnificent burgundy and gold lengha.  Both events were left in the capable hands of Events by C. Bhavna Naik's mehndi artistry graced this Maharani's hands while her hair and makeup was on point thanks to Make-up by Sonia I. Creative Touch Films captured all the cinematic moments and pink and red lengha twirls.
