Our first Filmy Friday Indian wedding took us to warm San Jose, California, but now we transport to Long Island, New York for a wedding video that will surely bring a big wet tear to the eye! Unique Visions does an incredible job of showing us all the work that goes into making an Indian wedding possible: from the threading of pink carnations to the pre-wedding rituals. The video features two speeches from the couples' dearest companions, but the second speech from our bride's sister as she sends off her "partner in crime and in life" really does me in! I hope you're wearing your waterproof mascara, Maharanis!

If you missed any of the Indian wedding lovelyness this week, here are a few of my favorite posts:
An Indian wedding reception is turned into an enchanted forest with centerpieces made of tall branches adorned with white roses and hanging tealights.
A bride bids a bittersweet and emotional farewell to her parents at a Indian wedding vidaii.
A couple mini Maharanis shields themselves from the sun with red wedding parasols. Adorable!
