So what happens when a Maharani's baby brother gets married? You keep reciting to yourself, "This is not my wedding part 2!" of course. Seriously though, I am so lucky to welcome my very sweet sister-in-law, Rindha, into our family, and being included in the wedding planning was a very special experience for me. With the help of the dolls at PinkRockEvents, LLC and my personal style guru, Saman of 2Create Designs, we were able to create a fabulous weekend that was a reflection of the bride's style with a dash of Maharani flare. And, an Indian wedding wouldn't be a Maharani Wedding without bit of over-the-top extravagence and Bollywood drama. So, make sure that you turn to page 60 of The Best of 2013 E-magazine, where my brother, like a true Maharaja, takes his bride away on elephant. Big thank you to the team at Have Trunk Will Travel for making my crazy ideas come true! From Alexander's custom elephant buggy to Rindha's amazeballs Sangeet lengha, I can't pick a favorite memory. So lucky for me I can relive the whole thing here in the gallery.
Is it just me, or are these two the cutest?! Their pictures by Amy and Stuart Photography are the best! Join me for their reception in just a bit!
