Baltimore, MD Indian Wedding by Photographick Studios

Red, gold, roses, and crystals—I knew this ceremony would be styled to new heights of sensational! Project Bride DC and Design House Decor have transformed the Baltimore Hilton into a posh wonderland and Photographick Studios is capturing every detail on film. Raaz Entertainment tends to the lighting while Catering by Rasoi puts the finishing touches on the reception to come. Our bride looks like a Bollywood dream with henna from Make Up by Mala and as these two tie the knot, my heart is skipping a beat! I've got to take a second to catch my breath in the gallery!

From the bride, on her style and planning the event: "After attending so many indian weddings, we knew we wanted to have a traditional indian wedding with a modern reception. We used the internet a lot to just get ideas for centerpieces, colors, etc.I knew from the beginning I wanted traditional wedding colors- such as red, white, and gold- however I also wanted to add a little twist in there and add teal as well. It all ended up working out perfectly when I was able to get a wedding dress with teal stones to match my groom, groomsmen, and bridesmaid outfits.

I actually had a great time going to India and going wedding shopping with my family. Also, planning ended up being a lot of work because my husband and I combined ideas to make everything the way we wanted. I suppose I would consider myself lucky since most grooms do not want to be a part of wedding planning. However now it's become a part of my memory for how much time we got to spend together and how we enjoyed it as well."
