It doesn't get any prettier than this, darlings! With a gleaming gold wedding stage, a miraculous four-tier cake (the bride made that herself, fondant roses and all!), and the sweetest guest favors, this lavish event has all the makings of a top-tier celebration! Maharani Shalini is dream-come-true gorgeous with hair and makeup by Nimisha Bhikha, and her colorful lengha is stealing the scene! Three cheers and five gold stars to HDEV Photography for bringing us this incredible New Zealand soiree! It has to be one of my faves, so I'm heading back to the gallery for more!

From the bride, on planning her wedding: "I enjoyed the planning and browsing websites for inspirations. My main concern was to have a wedding like no one else and I think that's what I had achieved. My family helped out a lot with the decor and helping to do the small things like napkin folding, putting diamond ribbons on the favor boxes, helping decorate the wedding cake, and changing the water in the 1000 stems of orchids to keep them fresh until the wedding."

(On her first dance) "We didnt have a special song to dance to but we chose the song 'Back at One' by Brian McKnight when we cut the cake. This was a special song as Shyam had once told me the lyrics of the song were very close to how he felt about me when we first started our relationship."

This entire event is a total stand-out for me! I might have to start from the beginning and see all the beauty again! See you tomorrow, Maharanis!
