Does Wedding Wednesday get any prettier? I don't think so, dolls, so come along as I sing three cheers for love and admire these sweeter-than-sweet portraits from Geoff Duncan Photography. This Maharani knows all about beautiful bridal fashions and this spectacular multi-colored sari is all the proof we need! Now that these darlings have officially become Mr. and Mrs. it's time to celebrate with ultra-romantic (and super stylish) pics and I'm loving every splash of color. With loose locks and a neutral makeup palette, this beauty is all things lovely and I can't help but get inspired from each shot! Time for me to head back to the gallery for more!
From the bride:
"Our special song would not be the one we danced to. We made a video with the help of our friend for our wedding e-invitation. It took us about two months to come up with the idea and then shoot it as none of us did it before. The song is 'Falling In Love at a Coffee Shop' by Landon Pigg. That will always be our special song."
On her family helping with the event:
"My mother was the key for my wedding. She chalked out about 80% of the details and then few of my aunts helped tremendously especially with styling and attire."
On where she found additional elements:
"I got things from multiple places. My photographer is from Austin, TX. My mandap decoration architect was from Coimbatore. My palanquin was from Hyderabad. A few food stalls in the wedding were from Karnataka and my dresses were from all over the country (Benares, Delhi, Hyderabad...). It was a beautiful wedding to the very minute detail and I could not have asked for more."
What could be better?! See you tomorrow with more fabulous Indian weddings!
