From the bride, on how she met the groom:

"My husband and I met in India. I was just beginning medical school and he had just graduated. We spent three weeks together as he was wrapping up his life there and as I was just beginning mine. After those amazing three weeks, I didn't know if I was going to see this guy again, but long story short, we made it work across the country and the world, now going on 8 years!"

On choosing her lenghas:

"I wanted a typical red and white Gujarati panetar look, but wanted a lengha, not a sari. I found this Sabyasachi lengha that gave me a look that met in the middle. My Arjun and Anjalee Kapoor lengha also was a dream come true. The train made me feel very unique and special at my reception!"

On her makeup:

"I had my looks chosen, I just wanted someone specific to execute the looks for me. I loved working with Oscar Naranjo."

Stunning bridal portraits up next, my luvs!
