Photographick Studios shares with us a lovely Indian wedding coming to us from Tysons Corner, Virginia! Here's a sneak peek at Sara and Vishal getting ready for their big day! Our Maharani looks amazing as she gets her hair and makeup done by Makeup by Mona! I am loving the dramatic winged out eye liner paired with luscious lashes! And, that voluminous hair style is so elegant and sophisticated on our bride-to-be! She is breathtaking! The man of her dreams is no slouch himself, looking oh-so debonair in his traditional sherwani and turban. Don't go anywhere because we've got the ceremony and reception—catered by the awesome Bollywood Bistro, coming up, but for now, follow me to the gallery, for more beauty tips!
From the bride, on how they met:
"I met him [as an] undergrad at VCU, and I knew from the beginning, because when I would be without him, my heart would drop. I still get that feeling till today."
On the proposal:
"Vishal knew that I love waterfalls, so he took me down a path that he cleared in the woods with waterfalls in the back, [and] proposed to me."
On the hair and makeup:
"I gave my makeup artist an idea and she made it even better than that."
On the lenghas:
"I actually got my wedding outfit in India. It took countless hours to find the perfect color combination I wanted, and as for reception, I wanted a gown and not an anarkali gown. A legitimate gown which I found at Frontier in India."
The ceremony shots are next!
