Jared Wilson Photography shares with us an Indian Fusion wedding taking place in the Steel City of the West—Pueblo, Colorado! Let's kick things off with our spotlight couple — Kena and Will, striking a pose in their stylish pre-wedding attire! Our Maharani looks ravishing in her sangeet lengha! Yasmin Hetherington gives this beauty an intricate and modern twist on a French braid! The eyes are dark and smokey while the lips are natural, which gives her look great balance! The mehndi design by artist Jiji Gopalakrishnan is enchanting! Her partner in crime is quite handsome in an olive green sherwani! What a beautiful and fashionable pair! Stay tuned because we've just begun this bridal adventure, which is planned by the amazing Pawar Inc.! And not only that, the oh-so-talented Suhaag Garden will be showing off their floral and decor skills, but while you eagerly wait, we've got more awesome details to show you in the gallery!
From the bride, on how they met:
"Will and I officially met in December, 2013 while we were both out on the town in Pueblo one night. Just a few days later Will was able to convince me that a 1st official date was in order. After a nice sushi lunch, the conversation continued for many hours and Will says he was captivated by my beautiful smile and warm heart. I instantly knew he was the one as this was the BEST first date I had ever had. From then on I never wanted to leave his side. The coming months were spent snow skiing, making dinner together, and even going on a vacation to Costa Rica. Both being avid fans of cheese and wine, this made spending time together all that much more enjoyable."
On the proposal:
"On June 12th, Will and I officially got engaged high up in the mountains of Crested Butte, Colorado. Will packed a picnic and we enjoyed some of our favorite wine and cheese at one of our favorite places. Crested Butte holds a very special place in our hearts as it was the first place we went skiing together."
See the bride getting ready, next!
