Earlier today, we filled up on some of Maharani Shivani's fabulous pre-wedding details, from her sensational sangeet, where she rocked the most amazingly vibrant pink and yellow lengha and got all dolled up by the incredibly talented Sonia C, to her unforgettable welcome dinner, where she dazzled in turquoise and gold details! Now, we're delivering some exclusive highlights from her wedding day, including some first look moments, divine Indian wedding decorations by Studio Dan Meiners and even more exquisite bridal fashion from Asopalav! The sensational shutterbug, Sachi Anand Photography, captured these gorgeous images from Shivani and Niral's main event, which was perfectly planned and designed by the incredible team of industry experts from Drish Couture Events. We're absolutely in love with the way the ceremony space at the Overland Park Marriott has been transformed into a romantic and contemporary Hindu wedding venue, and can't get enough of that smile on Shivani's face! Be Chic Bride styled her hair and makeup in flawless fashion, and you can see even more of this Indian bride's excitement in the complete gallery!

Maharani Shivani, on her wedding style:

"When it came down to the wedding style, I wasn't going to be very picky, but I did know that I didn't want anything over the top and "in your face" so to speak. More than anything, I envisioned something simple, elegant, classy and very warm. When our guests walked into the ballroom, I wanted them to feel warmth and simplicity with ivories, blushes, light pinks, coppers and warm golds. I described this to our decorator and truly left the rest to him. Needless to say, he brought my vision to life."

On the search for her dream wedding lenghas:

"Pinterest was my best friend! I had pinned so many lenghas and different styles of lenghas that I wanted to try when I got to India. Because we did have so many different wedding events, I wanted to make sure that my outfits were all different from each other, including different colors, different work, and different styles! Asopalav in Ahmedabad had a beautiful selection of lenghas, and every outfit, except for the Reception outfit, came from there."

On her most memorable wedding moment:

"Looking back, one of the most special moments that I remember from our wedding day was being on that mandap with this incredible man, and just having fun. Niral and I wanted to make sure that we weren't so serious on the mandap, that we could be up there, not know 100% exactly what was going on, but still have fun and laugh with each other. And that's exactly what we did. I love looking back at photos from the ceremony because we're having so much fun in each of our photos!"

On her hair and makeup:

"Hair and makeup were important for me, but I didn't have a particular style that I was 100% adamant on, so working with Be Chic Bride on what looks worked for me was incredibly crucial. I showed Mikayla and her team many pictures of what I was looking for, ultimately trying a few different things before finalizing my looks for each event!"

I'll be back later today with a look at Shivani and Niral's remarkable Indian wedding reception, and you definitely won't want to miss out on any of the sensational details!
