Maharani Sarah, on her reception lengha:
"I was lucky enough to have my husband's family in India pick out my traditional red lengha for me without actually seeing it in person. The pictures were amazing and it was even more beautiful when it finally made its way to the US. My other Indian outfits came from Chicago and on-line. I spent hours on the internet trying to figure out what I wanted to wear."
Additional thoughts from the bride:
"My mehndi was so beautiful and I really loved how it helped to give a "fusion" feel to our wedding, especially when I wore my white dress.
The jewelry was another exciting aspect of the wedding. The jewelry was either gifted or loaned from my mother-in-law. I also was able to wear a special family heirloom from my maternal grandmother's family which was a very meaningful way to recognize my heritage."
See you tomorrow for some fabulous Filmy fun, my friends!
