DJ Riz Entertainment is getting the party started at the Chateau Cocomar, where today's newlyweds are getting ready to hit the dance floor for a celebration of a lifetime! The venue's planning and design team delivered the most lavish decor details for Khushali and Bert's reception, and Plants n' Petals brought in some blushing floral bunches for an added luxurious touch. Our incredibly adorable Indian bride rocked a salmon-colored gown with gold embellishments, while her brand new hubby was a dashing Prince in his handsome black tux. EVOKE Photography & Video captured these unforgettable highlights from the evening, which included a towering wedding cake creation that captivated our senses, by the talented pastry artists from Edible Designs by Jessie! We can't wait to get a peek at some of the footage that the cinemagraphic team from Tall Productions caught, and we'll be keeping our eyes out for the Indian fusion wedding film they created — and hope to share it with you too!
Maharani Khushali, on her most memorable wedding moment:
"Our first dance as husband and wife. We had so much fun dancing to it. We did a mash up of two songs Ed Sheeran - Thinking out loud and Uptown Funk. We started out in traditional ballroom dancing and funking it up later on surprising everyone."
On her wedding venue:
"The venue is literally a Palace!! I knew exactly where I wanted to get married the minute I laid my eyes upon Chateau Cocomar. I loved the grand entry way to huge chandeliers to every last detail. I fell in love with Karen Estrada (the owner/my wedding planner) . She made the wedding of my dreams come to reality."
On her wedding cake:
"5 tier huge Cake was made by Edible Designs by Jessie. The design and color were picked to match the intricate design on my dress. The details included the stones that were part of my dress were put in the design for the cake. About 5000 of the small stones were hand pasted to make the border on the last tier."
Wow, am I right? Join us tomorrow for another fabulous wedding event you simply can't miss!
