Pinch me, Maharanis! I have the most amazing Desi dream wedding in Scottsdale, Arizona, to share with you today, and this desert delight is everything. Braja Mandala Photography never disappoints when it comes to Indian wedding storytelling, and this extraordinary event they captured at The Phoenician is no exception! We're diving right in with highlights from the baraat, where you'll meet the dashing groom, Akshit, who's atop his trusty and traditionally dressed steed on loan from the fabulous folks from KC's Classic Carriage Company! Partygoers are still clearly high off the heels of the pre-wedding celebrating that went down, where party perfector, Jhakaas Entertainment, set the tone for the upcoming events with his expert celebratory beats and lighting tech talents — and, he even whipped out the dholi skills! We're only giving you a peek at some of today's Indian bride, Allisha's, fashionable details, makeup by Makiaj Beauty and mehndi work by Henna Shoppe. You'll have to check back in later today to see her head-to-toe look after she heads down the aisle to exchange I dos with the Raja of her dreams in an out-of-this-world open-air ceremony, featuring fantastic floral details from Wendell Design Group Florist! If the suspense is killing you, take a quick peek inside the complete gallery!

Maharani Allisha, on meeting the Raja of her dreams, Akshit:

"My husband and I met in Boston, while I was in law school and he was working in NYC. We immediately hit it off, bonding over cheesy jokes and corny compliments. From there, our long-distance relationship continued to blossom through Skype calls, texts, phone calls, and weekend visits. The struggles of being in a long-distance relationship showed us how much we cared for each other and how we needed to be in each other's lives forever. I knew he was "the one" when I could open up to him about anything and he never got scared or flinched away from me. He gave me the respect and love I used to hear about in fairytales and romantic comedies."

Meet me back here later today for more from this desert dream in Arizona!
