No matter how many years down the line, there are some things that will never date. This lovely couple, Paty & Shrey opted for a festive fusion wedding that was timeless in every way. The whole fusion fete was a mix of classic and contemporary elements, and Weddings by Tana captured the essence of it all very elegantly. Shrey and Paty hosted a pre-wedding Sangeet at the Brookhurst Community Center, dictated by a sophisticated color palette, to which pink and apricot orange were central. Synx Events even added hints of crimson red, salmon, yellow through the paneled drapes, and topped off the decor with metallic accents. We loved the traditional touch through the dhol and flute player statues on the stage, which complemented the timeless antique gold arch swing that seated the couple. Paty looked flawless in her bridal attire, an embroidered fuchsia blouse paired with an ombre lehenga that had a flair waist-down. Karishma Beauty Salon completed her look with a fishtail side braid, and gave this Maharani a glow-in-the-matte makeup look with tones of blush and pink. Shrey’s asymmetrical burgundy Bandhgala paired with striking blue raw silk patialas made him look like a groom ready to dance to the beats of DJ Sagar Shah and celebrate new beginnings! With the sound of Dandia sticks in the air and Bollywood performances from friends and family, this fun Sangeet came to a close and paved the way for the double ceremonies.
