There is nothing like the feeling of euphoria after marrying your best friend and sailing into the gorgeous California waters while sipping on champagne. Just ask Maharani Mona who had her fairy tale wedding on a gorgeous, sunny day. After her wedding, it was time to reverse roles and revamp to party mode. Beauty by Ng returned to do what she does superlatively; dolling up Indian brides. The bride slipped in a champagne gold anarkali with a sophisticated updo paired with classic yet luxurious gold jewelry. Hotel Maya was a rustic affair with decor by Blue Lotus Insights that was an exquisite blend of sensuality and class. The cocktail hour was held outdoors as guests were graced with live jazz music spearheaded by Jason Fabus. Among dining on cuisine from Delhi Palace and savoring in cakes and treats from Great Dane Baking Company, the bride and groom also honed a popcorn bar that was idealistic for kids and adults alike! Indoors, the venue was lit by Fusion Sounds who provided lyrical entertainment on both the garba and ceremony and guest DJ Jay Dabhi all the way from New York, helmed the turntables for the reception night. The week long event was planned by Blue Lotus Insights with ByDesign Films capturing the cinematic action that we are patiently awaiting to report on!
