The sun had finally set and it was time to for Maharani Geet to kick on her dancing shoes for her reception party at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. Sumaiya Waheed resumed bridal makeup duties and embellished the bride with rosy cheeks and side swept updo. The bride slipped into a blue and gold floor length anarkali bejeweled with ornate designs. One of the elements that really stood out to me was the creative seating chart! What a nifty way to preserve the big day with the names of your guests alongside a gorgeous pic of the bride and groom. The Las Olas Ballroom was fit for royalty with custom lighting by Suhaag Garden and blue and silver matching decor. The tablescapes were a sight to behold with a mass of candles covering each table surrounded by silver, nature inspired decor. Suhaag Garden outdid themselves with this impressive setup! Guests dined on fine Indian cuisine from Madras Catering while DJ Raj Minocha of DJ Sunny Entertainment held it down with a packed dance floor. For dessert, Nancy from Creative Cake Factory whipped up a white fondant cake with a cake topper that is a must see! Hameant Raghubir of ShivPriya Events planned a treasure trove of events shot by Gaciel Santana Photography that you can find swimming in the gallery!
A trifecta event calls for an awesome cinematography and Jose Ortiz caught all the live action! We can’t wait for the film to land on our laps! We hope you are enjoying the last days of 2016 and see you beautiful love birds tomorrow!
