I have never traveled to Michigan so it’s always exciting to put together an editorial feature of an Indian wedding out of the delightful state. Today’s celebration is a fusion wedding that encompasses class, luxury and Bollywood flair. Welcome to Maharani Angelin and William’s out of this world celebration! Hailing from two different backgrounds, the bride and groom encompassed pieces of their background into their sangeet, western ceremony, and reception - all three events were held at different locations. The couple both live in New York, but wanted  to ensure that the location of the wedding was in Michigan where Angelin grew up. As many guests arrived from out of town, the couple opted to hold their Sangeet night at The Henry. The night consisted of two different family backgrounds merging into one as guests danced the night away to Bollywood tunes and enjoyed Indian food. Planning two different events requires a lot more coordination and the bride knew that she would need to enlist a stellar planner. Melissa Marie Events was on board in making this Maharani’s dreams come true. Wedding planning services should include both sides of the bride and groom's individual styles and this stellar team made it happen. Don’t take our word for it! Head into the gallery captured by Flourish Photography to check out this fusion wedding yourself.
