For Akshi’s pretty in pink Sikh wedding at the Sikh Foundation of Virginia, it was all in the details. Every single image captured by Banga Studios is captivating and unveils a love story for the ages. From the bride’s choice of gold, motif Indian jewelry, to the non-traditional hot pink lengha, and sultry bridal look designed by Makeup by Sonia Iqbal, Akshi was the epitome of a Maharani. Amit’s baraat ceremony was led by Davi Layal who brought the group in with the euphoric sounds of a beating dhol into the Sikh temple. The bride followed shortly after, looking like royalty. Hot pink lenghas are most certainly making a comeback and we love the non-traditional approach! The bride’s sparkling gold kalires (jewelry dangling from the arms) added the perfect touch. We are excited for the cinematic experience captured by Cineverse. In the meantime, we have a sneak peek of the reception in the gallery at the Ontario Science Centre. We loved this wedding so much we had to feature it in our 2016 Unforgettable List Magazine!
We have the wedding reception decorated by The Moment Events coming right up! Virigina brides take note - if you are in the hunt for a great catering company, Bollywood Bistro has you covered. Party details coming right up.
