Happy Tuesday! Wow, to think we are halfway into the month is an eye opener, where has the time gone? At Maharani Weddings we have been busy securing the best vendors for our brides, dishing out the details of wonderful Indian wedding events, and of course striving to inspire you in each step of your journey. When Bhavna and Alok knew they were ready to leap into marriage, it was time to plan out the details of their multi day celebration. Naturally, a good wedding planner is a must and Rupali Bedi of Utsav Planners Inc. was waiting in the midst, ready to flex her muscles as coordinator. The bride went into full Indian mode with a deep red and gold velvet lengha that was intricately designed with paisley motifs. For brides that are hesitant of rocking kalires on their arms (hanging ornaments that are attached to the chooda), I say this is a must! Not only does this extra piece of jewelry add a classic touch, they complete the bridal outfit. After the bride got ready, she received a love memento from Alok that was great for the heart but bad for the perfectly applied mascara! It was now time for the bride to walk down the aisle and see her beau! We have the gallery awaiting that is full to the brim with the works of Colin Lyons Photography.
