As many of us know, love is an adventure. We all love sappy stories that make us cry like the love journey of Noah and Allie in “The Notebook” or the star crossed fate of Romeo and Juliet; no two love tales is truly alike. Such is the story of Shuchi and Saurabh who have one of the most adorable proposals to date. The New Jersey natives traveled to the gorgeous waters of Newport Beach where this Maharaja swept this Maharani off her feet during a magical gondola ride. Needless to say, Shuchi was utterly smitten and dialed up Mayank Amin of Platinum Dream Events to help plan out her big day. The celebration began with a series of pre-ceremony events to help kick off the lavish wedding and reception and as you can see, Shuchi’s bridal garments took a page from Bollywood’s magazine Stardust. The couple’s guests enjoyed a festive garba night that was decked out in royal, deep colors and a colorful sangeet where the bride wore a gorgeous mint green ensemble that just sprung off the screen. A mehndi ceremony also took place where Henna for All designed architectural motifs on the bride’s arms and legs that were fit for royalty. Don’t take our word for it!
