Welcome back, Maharanis! We are happy you could join us at Zahra & Bhavishyat's wedding ceremonies! That's right, these love birds didn't just have one wedding ceremony, they were so lucky that they had two! And thanks to the remarkable talent of Linett Teresa Photography, we are able to enjoy every intimate and captivating moment of these amazing and memorable celebrations. The alluring and natural environment that surrounded the Historic Shadow Point was the perfect scenario for the two ceremonies that marked the start of an everlasting love story. The day started with a Nikha Ceremony to pay tribute to Zahra's background and culture, followed by an evening Kalyanam Ceremony to honor Bhavishyat's culture. These memorable and solemn ceremonies were splendidly planned by the talented crew from Amina Events and they were beautifully set by the unique and on point decoration done by Linens & More Florida Keys. The delicate color selection and the detailed placement of all the ornaments created a relaxing and magical atmosphere that everyone loved! And if you were thinking that this breathtaking scenario was already perfect on its own, that is because you are yet to see the astonishing look on our gorgeous Zahra. She looked ravishing on both ceremonies, and we want to make a special shout out to Medusa's Mane Hair & Makeup for the dreamy look that was created for our gorgeous Maharani, as they praised her natural beauty and made her look like a princess! We are loving every bit of these ceremonies as every small detail contributed to making this event not just classy, but exquisite. If you can't get enough of these wedding ceremonies, head into our gallery for more, you will not regret it!

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
I met Bhavishyat (Bhavi) through colleagues at work. The connection was very natural like we knew each other from forever. It was my birthday weekend, that he planned a trip to Chattanooga, TN where I realized it had to be him. His loving, affectionate and caring nature made me realize all that I wanted in my Mr. Right, was in him.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
We were getting ready for a dinner date, he made sure I was in the room as pest control were doing a treatment at home (at least that is what he said). Ready for our dinner outing I stepped outside to flowers showering and Bhavi on his knees.

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
Well, we are from different faiths and were planning a small but fun wedding party with family and friends on a beach in Florida, that helped us celebrate the best of both cultures with people who mattered the most.
It was a real challenge, in fact, I feel we couldn't have done another exercise to know each other and our families soo well. From choosing a location in Key Largo to the venue Historic Shadow Point to getting Anita Amin #AminaEvents to help us coordinate our wedding weekend. To choosing LinettePhotography as our wedding photographer to getting Hair, Makeup and Henna artists in Key Largo. To finding food options that go well for all. To the 2 priests to solemn up man and wife according to Hindu and Muslim traditions. It was a real experience. But the happy faces and the fact that we will be together forever made it all worth it.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
I went to India for wedding shopping, I wanted a non-traditional color Lehenga for Nikaah. So dark blue and pastel green was an option we choose. For Kalyanum my mother in law felt pink would suit me well so it was a pink and gold and white and pink saree combination.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
We planned all the details of D day, it was exactly the way we wanted. A mixture of cultures with a lot of fun.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Venue and cocktail party

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Fun times with family and friends

For events other than your ceremony, please tell us as much as you would like about the decor, style, dances, and all the special details.
Haldi and Mehndi in the open, with mangal snanum at sunset.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
Dont stress the small stuff, no one remembers the color of your mandup or dress or the food. You got to enjoy D day.

Anything else you want to tell us? We'd love to hear all about your other details! (jewelry, mehndi, venue, cake, bouquets, etc.)
All local talent, cheaper.

These were lovely ceremonies, but we still have one more stop! Please join us at the upcoming wedding reception, it is an event that you'll love!
