Happy Thursday, ladies! We hope you are ready to venture into a romantic love trip because we're taking you to Montego Bay, Jamaica, for you to enjoy the beautiful Indian destination affair Amrita & Sandeep's had for their big wedding day! So, get your travel documents and join us at the Grand Palladium Jamaica & Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa! This striking venue nestled in the paradisiacal shores of the Caribbean hosted the ceremony that united these lovebirds in marriage! And we loved every bit of this event thoroughly designed by Karen Bussen. Tai Flora Luxe took advantage of the spectacular natural setting and created a minimalist decor that seemed almost surreal to the point that more than one of the guests scratched their eyes to confirm they were not day-dreaming! And we want to make a big shoutout to Leanna Budrie - Grand Palladium Jamaica & Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa for the perfect coordination of this event! Because we know that coordinating a wedding is already a task in itself, but it can get twice as hard if we talk about a destination wedding. Still, she took care of everything in such a perfect way that it all ran so smoothly! Check more of this ceremony by taking a look at the visual masterpieces by True Colors Photography in today's gallery!

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
I wanted to do everything myself so I didn’t hire a wedding planner. We chose the venue by researching through destination weddings as well as the internet. We chose Jamaica as our destination because before we were a couple I had always said I would like to get married in Jamaica and he jokingly asked if he would be invited. When he proposed he remembered our conversation from years ago and reminded me about Jamaica.
We both love reggae so for the reception I wanted to bring that love to our guests. I created a seating chart with each table having a reggae song title instead of a table number.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
I had seen a picture online 10 years ago and had not heart set on getting married in that outfit. I found a designer in India, sent them the picture and asked if they could make me the lengha and they did an amazing job. Since it was a destination wedding I didn’t want to have the typical all red or maroon outfit so I chose to have a shade of light blue/sea blue in my outfit.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
