Hello there, darlings! We have arrived at Debora & Omar's grand wedding finale. This time we are taking you inside the halls of Su Casa - Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve for you to take part in the big reception party that marked the end of the wedding festivities! For this closing gala, both Debora & Omar attended looking at their best, and we loved how well they looked together. Debora wore a traditional ruby lengha with golden embroidery from Ali Xeeshan's collection that praised her natural beauty, endowing her with so much elegance and flair. Omar didn't stay behind and rocked a black tux from Brother's Tailors and Clothing Co., which complemented with a fabulous blue and black jacket from Hugo Boss. If that doesn't say elegance, few things will! All the guests had a great time dancing to the beats of DJ Big J right before tasting the delicious plates prepared by Chef Pinero. Hands down, this reception was the best way to bring the wedding festivities to an end, as it all turned out to be amazing! If you can't get enough of this couple and want to check more about it, don't miss today's gallery. We've compiled the shots captured by Ray Roman Films, for you to enjoy!
Dorado, Puerto Rico Indian Fusion Wedding by Ray Roman Films
How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
We met in our first year of residency (post medical school training for our respective specialties). I knew he was the one when he started speaking fluent Spanish to me!
Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
We had invited all of our closest friends from all over the USA to our house in Phoenix to celebrate his birthday (or so I thought). We have a beautiful balcony in our house that overlooks the mountains and right at sunset, after we all sang him a happy birthday on the balcony he said "I made a wish, let's see if it comes true" and he got down on one knee and proposed. Nobody knew! It was a surprise to all of us.
Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
We hired a wedding planner from Puerto Rico and she helped us with everything. Experience was great!
How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
R. I looked at all the designers websites and Instagram pages and fell in love with Ali Xeeshan.
I knew I wanted a bright multi colored lehenga for the mehndi and a traditional red/gold one for the reception.
What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
Planning this together as a couple and all the trips to PR.
What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
I think they loved how unique it was and how involved we were in the whole process. They also loved that they felt taken care of the whole weekend and that everyone had so much joy and love for one another.
Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Our first look, the speeches.
Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
Enjoy the process and don't stress over the little things (easier said than done).
Anything else you want to tell us? We'd love to hear all about your other details! (jewelry, mehndi, venue, cake, bouquets, etc.)
Thank you so much for featuring us! We are truly honored.
