Hi, ladies! As dawn kissed the horizon on a breezy summer day, the Loews Miami Beach Hotel became the realm of dreams for Mitika & Mishay. From the soft glow of the chandeliers to the gentle caress of the sea breeze through its grand balconies, it stood as a testament to timeless elegance. Every fragment of this wedding, from its conception to culmination, was meticulously orchestrated by Sonal J Shah Events. As guests entered the venue, their senses were indulged by the breathtaking floral and decor masterpieces by Xquistite Events. Mitika's skin glowed, thanks to the impeccable artistry of South Beach Hair + Makeup Company. The intricate mehndi adorning her hands was a testament to the stellar artistry of Illusion Mehndi. The delicate and profound patterns spoke of the promises and dreams Mitika harbored in her heart. Desi Junction Djs, with their eclectic beats and soulful tunes, ensured that the atmosphere remained lively. While the affair was a spectacle, Clane Gessel Studio elegantly captured the unseen moments, stolen glances, and whispers of love. Enjoy it!

We got engaged in Malibu, CA, at Point Dume. We woke up in the morning and had brunch reservations at Geoffrey's in Malibu. We were running late to our reservation but had to make a quick stop at this location to see the views. It was 100+ degrees outside, and my now husband was asking me to climb this short hill. The entire drive and walk up the hill, I complained, and then he proposed at the top of the hill.
How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
For my wedding dress, I wanted modern and classic at the same time. If you think about it, it's hard to find that. I went into it thinking that I wanted Falguni Shane Peacock for my reception - I simply loved the use of feathers and metallics. Turns out, I found my wedding lehenga through FSP. I went with an ivory base and added a touch of red (going for a classic here) in the dupattas.
What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Music was a theme for our wedding. From the beginning, we knew we wanted GREAT music. Our wedding website had a link to a Spotify playlist that we curated — the playlist had a lot of different types of music. Ultimately, the goal was to get people amped up for our wedding and then carry that energy to our events. As a result, our guests always remember how much fun they had from dancing all night!
