After a joyful Sangeet at the I Massini, the much awaited day arrived for Maharani Devaki, whose getting ready photo shoot is just flawless. Dressed up in a maroon Shyamal and Bhumika design and dolled up by Silvia Gerzeli with an ecstatic smokey eye look, this charming bride-to-be easily reincarnated a beautiful Indian princess! Dina's Mehndi festooned her arms with some adorable reddish henna patterns that completed her inspiring jewelry embellishments and an exquisite peach dupatta covered her hair. Head on to the gallery to see and soak in the beauty of this Maharani!

Sita and Kunal, the name just fits. This loving couple was destined to be forever and with this enchanting love tale celebrating their journey, my eyes are full of hearts. I conclude this glamourous Indian event with some pure eye candy. Sita flawlessly made her entrance into the ballroom in a sweeping crushed gold lengha that just exuded luxury and class. Dynasty AV rounded up the crowd to the dancefloor after they dined on fine delectable eats from Moghul Caterers. Planned and designed by Project Bride DC, I am so in love with this magical night. I just don't want the fairy dust to dissipate! And, with Photographick Studios snapping each shot in our gallery, we won't have to.

For Maharani Sita, one of the most treasured moments of her Indian wedding just had to be her intro. I love when an Indian bride makes that entrance. Those lucky enough to see it, fall in love with the soul of the eyes. Which to me is the epitome of true love! Sarah Khan Event Styling ensured that the already prestigious Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort was given the Bollywood treatment with an ivory velvet mandap that I am sure will be starting a trend! It is these amazing moments that make me fall in love with my culture over and over again and with Photographick Studios at the lens, I just know that a bride's day will be captured with the most immaculate touch. I am going a little extra today. Extra glam. Extra Indian bridal wear. Extra everything. With Maharani Sita and Kunal's ultra elegant Indian wedding; this is not a very hard feat. Project Bride DC was given the task of delivering Sita's vision and they handed it to her in a lustrous, bedazzled gift box. Every ounce of this Indian wedding was dripping with Bollywood flair intermixed with modern sophistication and the results are what made this Indian wedding one of my favorites.
