Vibrant Orange County Indian Wedding by Joe Photo

What do you get when you combine Valentine's Day, Joe Photo, and an adorable Orange County Indian wedding?  Give up?  The answer is, the perfect heart warming day on Maharani Weddings!  While these two lovebirds are celebrating their first luv day as Mr. & Mrs., I am enjoying every, single, tiny, detail of their stunning Indian wedding.  With a trademark Maharani mega-watt smile, gold shoes that would make Cinderella jealous, and a charming mustache, I am definitely going to be late for my Valentine's date!

Much more on the way....stay where you are!

Southern California Indian Wedding by Joe Photo

With a day dedicated to love, chocolates, and roses, how could a Maharani not fall madly in love?  If you were delighted by their Sangeet, you are going to be just tickled when you see this pink and purple ceremony.  The team at 2Create Designs used bright, feminine colors to create this modern mandap and the always fabulous Chic Productions was on hand to make sure that they day went off without a hitch. I, however, can't seem to take my eyes off our beautiful Indian bride.  If her gold set wasn't already a family heirloom, I am sure it is soon to become one.  Just be careful Maharanis, these enchanting images by Joe Photo, might cast a spell on you!

More magic coming right up!

Southern California Indian Wedding by Joe Photo

My heart started to flutter the second I saw these images of the Maharani and her groom leaving their ceremony.  Hold onto your tiaras because it's a powder blue convertible sports car from the 1920s!  I can't think of anything more chic, sophisticated, and classy than this darling escape car.  And, that color! It just pops in these photographs by Joe Photo. I love vintage cars, so I just hope that they got to keep it!

Finale coming right up.....be right back!

Southern California Indian Wedding by Joe Photo

Before you head out for your Valentine's Day celebration, we have just the reception to get you in a romantic mood. Elegantly designed by Chic Productions and 2Create Designs, this Southern California Indian wedding reception has tons of gorgeous details. Joe Photo's images of  the bride's purple and bling reception lengha contrasted with her bouquet of red roses, sent my heart racing.  I mean, doesn't she look positively divine?! Filled with gorgeous blooms, a stage inspired by an art gallery, and an orange and bronze color palette, I am so excited about this reception I can hardly contain myself.  And, on a day devoted to sweets, how could I forget to mention their delicate wedding cake!

Have a wonderful Valentine's Day, and I hope that each and every one of you Maharanis gets hit by cupid's arrow!

Marina Del Rey Indian Wedding by Sarah Yates Photography

Happy Monday Maharanis! I hope you all are just as energized and excited to see today's wedding as I am to show it to you! This is about not only a wedding, but a couple, that is very near and dear to my heart and oh-so-special to me. My beautiful cousin Seema married her soulmate Nihar in the gorgeous Marina del Rey just a little over a year ago and it is their fabulous wedding that I get to share with you. Besides the fact that it's my cousin who I love dearly getting married to one of the most funny and sweet guys out there, there's another little tidbit about this wedding that also made it super exciting and it's something I've got to share with you. This wedding and its coinciding events didn't have just any wedding planner. Nope, as a matter of fact, it was planned to the T (literally) by Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott. They were producing a new show called sTORIbook Weddings and Seema and Nihar had their wedding on that show! Before I get ahead of myself though, here are a few shots of my cousin getting ready with a little help from her close family and friends taken by the one and only Sarah Yates Photography. Most brides may fret over the little things during this time, but not Seema. She was calm and cool about everything, even when the camera crew came in wanting to take some shots of her with her makeup not done and hair a mess!

Excited to see more? Great! Stay tuned because there are so many fun details from the wedding coming up next! Here's a hint: think "vintage." See you soon!
