After our lovebirds affirmed their love in two equally beautiful ceremonies, it was time to celebrate and they moved indoors The International Golf Club and Resort for a party blending lovely details from both Indian and Nigerian cultures! Colorful floral centerpieces by The Flower Pot welcomed their guests to a unique night where even their palates were amazed by a delicious meal. The perfect fuel to dance all night long by the beats of Silk Events after our lovebirds opened the dance floor performing a romantic first dance! This was surely a successful fusion wedding, it's all in the details and Rashmi & Sam made sure everyone felt loved and welcomed guests from all over the USA, India and even Barbados! Welcome back, Maharanis! We are head over heels with Rashmi & Sam's fusion wedding and I can't wait to share their wedding details with you! An energetic baraat procession led by our groom Sam in a uniquely decorated golf cart set the mood for a wedding day filled with love and joy. This gorgeous couple was very lucky to have a squad of planners formed by their dearest relatives who helped them build a flawless blend between their Nigerian and Indian backgrounds in one big event at The International Golf Club and Resort! The perfect green lawns of this exclusive spot were the charming scenery were a traditional Hindu ceremony preceded a lovely Christian Ceremony where Sam's sisters delighted them by singing "This Marriage" by Eric Whitacre! The unique mandap structure that harbored the ceremonies was a design of Alankar Event Planners and I'm loving their creation! As temperatures start to drop, the unique fusion wedding adventure of Rashmi and Sam will make you feel all the warmth of the summer days through the wonderful images brought to us by Leona Campbell Photography! Our lovely Maharani Rashmi looked absolutely perfect in a beautiful red lengha with golden embroidery work, Flawless Creations finished her look with a sensational shade of red lipstick and rosy cheeks! This bride was ready to meet the man of her dreams and the brilliant storyteller managed to capture the radiant soulmates before their "I do's" in a romantic first look shoot under the majestic willow trees of The International Golf Club and Resort! I am still pumped about all the glam that Sneha and Vimal dripped on their wedding bash! This incredibly lucky pair totally nailed it with splendid reception attires that made all the heads turn! Sneha had an intense alluring look thanks to Neeta Sharma and donned a majestic scarlet outfit festooned with delicate floral embroidery that matched Vimal’s tie! How adorable is that? The night of the wedding included a delicious churro station that I am sure all guests are still talking about and a vibrant wedding soundtrack provided by Special Occasions DJ & Lighting! Kismet Event Design joined in to create the endearing environment that turned the reception design into fabulous! The lovely centerpieces that emerged from the tables, the creative stage design and drapery proved once again that the highly acclaimed event planning and producer is the best! As much as I love him our timeline is a bit ridiculous. He proposed the weekend after helping me expand my business Shanti Healing which is named after my grandmother. He was supposed to fly home on Sunday evening and little did I know he rented a car to go stay at my best friends an hour away so he can go check out the perfect location down PCH.

He did an amazing job & I am very surprised no one slipped even with me hosting a paint nite as an early mother's day celebration the evening before. All 4 of My best friend were pregnant at that time so one used the excuse of wanting to go check out pregnancy shoot locations and planned a girls day however little to our surprise as we were getting ready one friend was in the hospital giving birth and her text me was she wasn't feeling well so don't pick her up. We get to the beach I'm taking pictures of my friend and her husband and I feel a tap on my shoulder ... rest is the beginning of our future after 7.5 months of dating.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?

I really wanted a red gown however my mom, sister's & aunts were strongly against it. I actually found my wedding out our 1st day in India, we had to facetime my Mami but with the time difference our connection failed but after seeing how many stores carried the print that I had originally gone to India with I instantly fell in love with my outfit

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?

Getting so many random dates with my mother's (mom & 4 aunts)

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?

Heard a lot of compliments on how everyone enjoyed the events. We had paint nite at my mehndi, churros & dipped ice cream at my reception, and raised a toast with our audience rather than kissing at our I dos.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?

The views on our wedding day, even though things were going wrong feeling that nervousness before I tapped his shoulder for our 1st look pictures. How family that rarely come to events all came to celebrate our love. Sooo many more moments

From single to soulmate. From first date to forever. Maharani Meera's love for her beau Jason is seemingly timeless. And, as apparent in this fabulous soiree orchestrated by Urvashi Mishra, Wedding & Event Planner, you can certainly see why! Meera's wish of a sophisticated designed venue with natural lighting and her closest family and friends came true at the Hilton Parsippany. True love comes naturally and we are cherishing all this lovely décor by Wedding Design Decor. Paanwala dished out eats to the crowd while DJ Gaurav Sood of Luxe Event Entertainment kept the dancefloor lit. I have personally picked some of my favorites down below!
