Welcome to Maharani Weddings

Welcome back, Maharanis! We are wrapping up Limini & Namal's wedding festivities with an outdoor photoshoot leading to an elegant reception. Amarante Lifestyle Studio took advantage of the natural setting and snapped shots from every angle to capture the beauty, and romance of this lovely couple. And we cannot stretch how much we love the final result! Right after the photoshoot, it was time for these lovebirds to head into the halls of the Mount Lavinia Hotel were a fantastic reception party was awaiting! Maharani, Limini Weerasinghe, in conjunction with The Banquet Company, designed and conceptualized this event, and right of the bat, we can tell that it was a huge success! Poru Weddings took care of the decor with beautiful floral arrangements that created a magical scenario while Rohitha Rajapaksa enlivened the evening with live music that everyone loved! We wish this story didn't have to come to an end because we are having such a great time. But, we need to let these two continue with their journey into their everlasting married life! Hello, darlings! We hope that you have enjoyed this journey as much as we have. This time we are here to share with you the elegant and captivating reception of Nancy & Raj that was hosted on the fascinating and ravishing ballroom of the Luciens Manor. This wedding reception was like no other! The dim lights, the elegant and stylish chandeliers, the beautiful placement of all the ornaments and the smokey ambiance, created the most epic and memorable scenario for our lovely couple to have their first dance as husband and wife. The exceptional DJ from Illusion DJs played the most beautiful melody to set the mood for this dance and contributed to making this moment forever be recalled on the memory of all the once witnessing that magical moment. The night was marked by the dances and the great atmosphere that was lived during the whole evening, and that thanks to the outstanding work of A&R Photography we get to experience those emotions by taking a look at mesmerizing photos of this reception. Although we are getting closer to the end of this event, Nancy & Raj's journey has just begun, and by perusing the gallery we can tell that this is going to be an everlasting love story. The evocative images by D2 Photography will transport you to the captivating Italian sunset that served as the golden backdrop for Devaki and Krishan's reception photo sesh! After these magical moments, our newlywedded couple took their guests outside for an intimate gathering in the patio of the Antica Fattoria di Paterno. The celebration displayed a Tuscan-style wedding reception, the romantic and breathtaking scenery prepared by Floralia Italy was ethereal yet elegant with wreaths of potted plants and neutral colors. I love the breathtaking long reception tables that gave a more inviting feel! This time Aneesh Agarwaal dressed our beautiful bride with an evening design and Silvia Gerzeli gave her a natural yet romantic look with a loose hairstyle and an impeccable makeup while her Raja Krishan went for a white tux jacket that gave him a sophisticated flair! DJ Matthew brought the excitement to the celebration with a fabulous selection of music and Maharaja put the final traditional touch to the event with a fabulous dinner! I'm glad you are back, Maharanis! To continue with the wedding of Priya and Pradeep, we bring all the grandeur of their final glam bash! Before the ballroom filled up, Studio KSD took the glamorous couple, Priya and Pradeep, into a super stylish pre-reception session, this time the location provided the perfect backdrop for the heartwarming shoots. The couple looked better than ever and were styled to perfection. Maharani Priya had the beauty expert Payal MUA create a romantic loose hairstyle charmingly decorated with fresh blooms that harmonized with the flowers that embellished her evening teal color lehenga. Raja Pradeep also incorporated the teal color into his attire with a  lovely bow tie and a pocket handkerchief! LAX States ensured an eye-catching display at the luxurious ballroom of the exceptional Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing that integrated ethereal yet sophisticated decorative elements such as a large floral panel behind the sweetheart table and a series of dramatic floral centerpieces that included warm candle lights! Rajbhog served a marvelous feast over this amazing dining tables while DJ USA played the best Bollywood songs for the partygoers! I’m smitten with the incredibly lovely wedding of Megha and Sanket and I'm happy to share the peak of their big Indian wedding day! There’s nothing better than a touch of shimmer and shine to upgrade the glam of your soiree and Megha and Sanket opted to decorate the Doubletree by Hilton Somerset‘s ballroom with glitz sequin linens and drapes that added a glow to the already elegant atmosphere. All the sequins sparkled thanks to D&S Event Solutions who lit up the night with their fantastic up-lightning and who also played the best party hits to develop the party spirit the bride and groom were looking for! For their first public appearance as a married couple, Megha and Sanket looked their bests. Megha resembles a princess with her high-volume waves and impeccable makeup by Maliha Khan. She also went for a glorious golden color lehenga with bright fuchsia embellishments that made her stand out on the dance floor!
