The ceremony venue at the Hilton Polaris in Columbus, Ohio, has been trimmed from top to bottom in the most glam Indian wedding decorations the state has ever seen by floral and decor experts, Weddings InStyle! Maharani Sreeja on her wedding style:

"I would describe my wedding style as vintage glam. I wanted the color gold to be incorporated in everything and I wanted my decor to look very elegant and classic. I had three different color palettes for my events. I wanted the sangeet to be colorful and fun so I picked the colors teal, purple, pink and gold. For the wedding ceremony I went with more traditional colors such as ivory, blush, raspberry pink, and dark red. I went for a traditional 6 pillar gold mandap that was decorated with flowers. The reception style was classic, vintage and glam. The colors were navy blue, blush, gold, champagne and pops of raspberry pink."

On what she enjoyed most about planning her dream wedding:

"Planning the decor for each event was the most enjoyable. My vendor Weddings InStyle from Dayton, OH did a wonderful job executing my ideas and my vision for all the three events. I enjoyed selecting the colors, the themes, and the decorations for the events."

Sit tight, dolls! I'll be back in a flash!

Maharani Sreeja, on Raja Anil's romantic proposal:

"Anil planned a surprise New Years Eve proposal at the Milwaukee Art Museum in Milwaukee, WI (where he was currently doing his residency training). I was visiting him from New Jersey to spend New Years with him and he had a wonderful evening planned for us. We had a great dinner and followed by cocktails at the Art Museum New Years Eve Gala. Just before midnight, he asked if I would accompany him to a private portion of the Museum. An "event photographer" that he actually hired took pictures of us for the event website. I asked if we could see the pictures she took on her camera, and the preview picture the photographer showed us was a picture of a heart around my initials that he drew in the sand from one of our prior beach trips that said will "Will you marry me?". At this point he dropped down on one knee and popped the BIG question! I immediately said "YES" and was shaking in excitement. The undercover photographer then took some great pictures of us throughout the night as we literally "ringed in" the New year!"

On shopping for her dream bridal fashions:

"I chose my lenghas based on colors and fabric. I used Pinterest for inspiration for my lenghas. I went to India to purchase all my wedding attire. I had my sangeet lengha custom designed by Mugdha Art Studio in Hyderabad, India. I wanted a fun and easy to move-in dress. Sashi Vangapalli (the designer) did a beautiful job creating a beautiful floral lengha with mirror work blouse. It was perfect and unique for my sangeet. I made a trip to the famous Kanchipuram in Tamil Nadu to select my silk saris. Lastly, I found my reception lengha at Neeru's. I knew exactly what I wanted which made shopping much easier."

On her hair and makeup:

"I had a few styles in mind for hair and makeup. I worked with a hair and makeup artist few months before the wedding to come up with some looks for the big day and other events. I went with a bold eye makeup look with my hair down for the sangeet, a traditional south indian bridal look for the wedding with my hair in a long braid and adorned with flowers and hair pieces. I went with an up-do and a glamorous makeup look for the reception."

Stay tuned, Maharanis! The main event it coming right up!

Maharani Riddhi on her reception style:

"We wanted an elegant chic theme so we picked ivory, gold and deep purple as our theme colors. I was really going for the fairytale style here so we did an open tent with white draping. Since we wanted a fully outdoor wedding, we picked Hummingbird Nest Ranch as our canvas, and the stars could be seen while dancing the night away."

On her most memorable wedding moment:

"It really is so hard to remember that day, it's crazy how it flies by. One moment from the day that stands out is when my husband gave a short speech to thank everyone and spoke about the things that make us work together, it was very sweet and emotional."

On her and her Raja's first dance song selection:

"Our first dance was song was "Lay me down" by Sam Smith and John Legend. We wanted a beautiful song that hadn't been played too much and it was a song we both loved the first time we heard it."

On the role that family and friends played:

"Our family and friends were super helpful on executing and helping out when we needed them. Because my husband and I were pretty specific about what we wanted, we were fairly hands on and involved. One thing that worked out well was that we had a few of the groomsmen and bridesmaids come in during the first dance as pairs and dance around us. It was a nice touch that broke the monotony of the first dance and made it fun for everyone to watch."

What a stunning wedding event, right? We'll be dreaming about this reception for days!
