Welcome to Maharani Weddings

It's the beginning of the end of an era here on Maharani Weddings today, my friends. In case you haven't heard, we're bidding farewell to Filmy Fridays, and today is our last. The sensational silver lining is that we're launching a brand new video blog this Monday, where you'll be able to revel in wedding videos every, single, day! So though it's bittersweet, it's super exciting! We're celebrating this occasion with four final fabulous features, starting with beautifully filmed highlights from an Indian fusion celebration at the Oheka Castle, shot by NYNJ Photography. Indian bride, Urvy, tied the knot with the Raja of her dreams, Tim, in an exquisite double ceremony event that features gorgeous floral and decor details by the talented team from Elegant Affairs. Every second of this highlight reel took our breath away and we couldn't wipe the smiles off of our faces! It's the perfect opener for the day!

Beaded Elephant (FKA Jobst Media) brings us our second Filmy feature, and it features a beautiful Indian wedding event at The Henry in Dearborn, Michigan, where IrisBloom Events planned an unforgettable celebration for Indian bride and groom, Sheetal and Sameer. Sheetal is a ray of sunshine in her lemon chiffon wedding lengha, and the mini Maharani's at the 2:48 mark are simply too cute to even describe! The happy couple wed in a stunning ceremony at the Palmer House, which also hosted their unforgettable reception. Maharani Arooj proves her style sense with a trio of extraordinary fashions. Her sage-colored reception lengha alone will make you swoon. Sana Yusuf Ghani worked her makeup prowess on Arooj, and the stylists from Studio 10 perfected her celebratory hairdos. We're still gushing over the blushing bride's amazing lotus-shaped Dholi at her vibrant pre-wedding and all the spellbinding portrait moments between her and Raja Feroz! Following their stunning beachfront Indian wedding ceremony at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach in Cabo San Lucas, Smita and Nimesh change gears by donning their party bests! Matei Horvath Photography caught up with the newlyweds before they hit their reception for some final portraits. Our Indian bride is looking awfully sensational in her turquoise lace gown and her new hubby is handsome as ever in his grey tux. The hair and makeup experts from Blanc Bridal Salon have delivered a dance floor-worthy style to Smita with a low, side-pony and delicately smoky eyes. The Main Event Cabo took charge of the evening's floral and decor details, and entertainment and lighting specialists from Teeven made sure the celebration was on point. There's nothing better on a blustery winter's day, than warming up with a dreamy destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas! Today's Indian bride, Smita, invited photo phenom, Matei Horvath Photography, to document her sunny beachfront celebration, and he's sharing all the delightful details with us today! Planner, Karla Casillas & Co., put together this stunning event at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, and we're diving right into the pre-wedding festivities which included a magical mehndi party, complete with floating lanterns, and some sensational portraits of the happy couple, Smita and the Raja of her dreams, Nimesh, in their dazzling sangeet ensembles. These two look like they had an unforgettable first few days, and they'll be taking the leap into matrimonial bliss with a ceremony you won't want to miss, later today!
