We love it when traditional Indian ceremonies cross our desks, especially ones that actually took place in beautiful India! We’re dreaming of gulab jamuns and Limca after feasting our eyes on these magical celebrations. Pooja and Romil are such an adorable couple, and these photos by Bharat Goswami beautifully captured their essence along with the mystique of our stunning Motherland. The lovebirds kicked off their wedding celebrations with a rainbow striped sangeet that was rife with tradition and meaning. Narayani Heights Hotel & Club festooned the space with lavish floral flourishes and mesmerizing uplighting. Throughout the proceedings, Maharani Pooja wore a number of rich fashions in a multitude of candy coated hues. We were dazzled by the artistry apparent in her bridal hair and makeup look, courtesy of Nikita's Bridal Studio. Pooja’s airbrushed finish, regal jewelry, and mint and pink sari made her the picture perfect Indian bride! Pooja and Romil’s sangeet was bursting with glam details, such as a sweet jhoola swing and tons of Bollywood inspired dances courtesy of Jhalak Dance Academy. What a fun party to kick the festivities into high gear! We’ll cover all the ceremony details in our next post. Welcome back Maharanis! Today’s love tale centers on the adorable duo of Riti and Givenchy. The couple brought on Borghinvilla Designs and Jennifer Borgh Events to help spearhead wedding planning and design, and the result was a fusion Indian wedding brimming with culture and the tropical beauty of Jamaica. After the couple and their guests enjoyed a pristine beachside ceremony, they were ready to party it up and celebrate the newly betrothed duo! We have to take a moment to commend the gorgeous bride on her various bridal looks. We’re loving how she switched gears from her hot pink ceremony lehenga to a petal pink gown from Elan that epitomized romance. The reception was a luxurious affair, complete with a massive, tiered cake from Joy of Food and a decadent spread of culinary delights at the Borghinvilla. Riti and Givenchy capped the joyous night off by letting off fire lanterns into the starry sky. What a magical ending to the most incredible weekend of love and laughter! It was a gorgeous day in Jamaica for Riti and Givenchy to finally tie the knot! Mother Nature decided to give our adorable couple perfectly blue waves and radiant sunshine for their celebration at the Borghinvilla. Arriving bright and early, Chasity Artistry dolled the bride up with their dazzling brushes, and she resembled a Bollywood bombshell. Riti slipped into a gorgeous hot pink lehenga plucked from Shyamal & Bhumika, and the style fit this vivacious, fashionista bride perfectly. The wedding took place outdoors with the serene backdrop of the white beach. Borghinvilla Designs designed the most fitting decor for the nuptials, sticking to neutral florals as a way not to overshadow the picturesque outdoors. And we have to give props to Jennifer Borgh Events who made sure each and every detail was planned and executed with care. Maharani Riti and her beau Givenchy decided to share their love of travel with their loved ones and treated their guests to an unforgettable beachside celebration at the Borghinvilla in Jamaica. Riti opted for a glamorous, hot pink lehenga from Shyamal & Bhumika that was the perfect choice to contrast against the crashing blue waves and soft white sand. She was a vision of beachy beauty in a sleek updo by Chasity Artistry that was adorned with a bursting pink bloom and a twinkling kundan headpiece. But most dazzling of all was her radiant smile - what a doll! She soon met up with Givenchy for their romantic first look atop a cliff overlooking the vast ocean.
