Nieuwpoort, Curaçao Indian Wedding by KSD Weddings

Just the mention of a Curacao wedding and Gianni Hermans in the same sentence lifted our hearts with excitement! That is clearly one winning location and planner combination, as is evident in the photos by KSD Weddings! Natasha and Ankur were united in nuptial bliss at the Santa Barbara Beach and Golf Resort Club, an all-encompassing venue with breathtaking backdrops and photo shoot locations! This destination wedding clearly looked like one fantastic holiday retreat, going by the portraits from the first look and those of the bridal party. Natasha and Ankur was fabulously coordinated in a striking color combination of blue and gold. Maharani Natasha, however, chose to add a feminine pop to her ensemble via a fuchsia blouse and a red tulle embroidered dupatta. An elegant braided updo and natural makeup with blush undertones by Sonia C finished her look. KSD Weddings captured some stunning photos of the couple in the outdoors. One of our favorite shots ever is where Natasha and her bridesmaids are looking at Ankur and his squad from their respective hotel room patios! We loved how the bridal party coordinated so perfectly in purple and gold ensembles. With such stellar views, we wonder how majestic the film by Unique Vision Studios must have turned out! Featured in the gallery are some splendid photos that are sure to give you a ton of ideas for a pre-wedding photo shoot! Check it out! Have you taken a gander at our 2016 Unforgettable List Magazine? Take a look at the glossy pages for this featured wedding!

West Orange, NJ Indian Wedding by Images by Berit

Hello Maharanis! We’re at the picturesque Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange to revel in the gorgeous reception of Monique and Mayank. When Maharani Monique told us that she incorporated her graphic design skills into signs, banners, personalized water bottles among other things, we knew we were in for a treat! To put it simply, Monique and Mayank’s reception not only redefined glam, but gave us a whole new and enthralling perspective of customization at a wedding. We had a serious case of #decorgoals from just looking at the marvelous work of Elegant Affairs. The asymmetrical drapes against a shimmery backdrop on the stage just lit up the entire ballroom, and on its own, Pleasantdale Chateau was promising given the Art Deco interiors. Maharani Monique twirled pretty in a gorgeous gold and cream gown, as Band Bajha Entertainment entertained the guests with their fusion music. Later when DJUSA took over, he kept everyone on their toes and glued to the dance floor. Blue Moon Video Productions was filming throughout, so as to not miss any of the many significant moments, and all these pictures by Images by Berit is making us wait with bated breath for the film. From signature drinks customized by the couple to Mayank on the guitar singing his own composition, this reception was packed with magical and momentous elements. Check out the gallery to be completely marveled!

Hilton, NY, Fusion Wedding by Jay Seth Photography

An east-meets-west wedding will always be delightfully engrossing to us because they not only celebrate the union of two individuals, but also two distinct cultures. We all know just how much planning and prep goes into a multi-event Indian wedding, especially when it involves two ceremonies, so when we see one that is so well color-coordinated, it makes us borderline euphoric! The planner, Sonal J Shah’s rendition of this multicultural wedding was a seamless blend of Sima’s Gujarati rituals and Peter’s American heritage. Jay Seth Photography gave us a ton of dreamy shots to obsess over, while Live Picture Studios filmed the amalgamation. We embarked on Sima-Peter wedding adventure through the first event, the Sangeet at the Hilton Pearl River in New York. At the risk of sounding corny, we have to say that Sima and Peter looked like dancing dolls in their matching teal ensembles! Teal is Peter’s favorite color, and he rocked his snazzy bandhgala kurta with small butta prints all over. Sima paired an aqua turquoise blouse with an ombre lehenga, all embroidered in beautiful gold beading. Cinderella Bridez gussied up our lovely Maharani with a sultry navy smokey eye, mauve lip, and styled her hair in big, loose side-swept curls. Moghul Catering pleased the palates of the guests with their delectable Indian cuisine. Elegant Affairs decked up Hilton Pearl River using splashes of regal and festive colors like purple, magenta, tangerine, and cerulean blue. The use of silk and satin linens, and their interplay with the butta work embroidery on the cushions and bolsters lent a Moroccan-meets-ethnic vibe to the Sangeet. With the sound of Dandiya sticks in the air, and dancy beats from IEDJS by Manan Shah made sure the Sangeet was a buck load of fun! If you fancy, run your eyes over this adorable couple’s gallery!f
