Payal’s wedding bash can be best described as sultry, mesmerizing, creative, and lovely all jumbled up with the charismatic elements of the deep roots of Indian tradition. The bride was a marvel in a sweeping blue and gold lengha glammed up by Dolled Up by Lulu. Hair was kept in seductive waves and held gallantly behind the bride’s open top back. The reception party was moved indoors into the spacious ballroom at the Newport Beach Marriott with a glowing sweetheart stage designed by Kumba Entertainment. A Great Gatsby inspired backdrop, romantic candles, and soft blooms created  the most  perfect  atmosphere. With 3D Sounds at the turntables, you know this party was poppin! This concludes the last celebration with The Marigold Company who planned and perfected an unforgettable event with all the edgy brilliance you would expect at an Indian wedding bash. There is nothing quite like being wed outdoors in sunny California with a celebration planned and designed by The Marigold Company. Pair that with the ambiance of a bustling Indian wedding and you are in for a visual treat. Dolled Up by Lulu brought her overflowing makeup bag to glam up the bride. Blood red lips, rosy cheeks, and perfectly arched eyebrows set the bride up for her big entrance to the Newport Beach Marriott. There is no doubt in my mind that spectators had their cameras out and ready as Amam’s baraat aboard a Baraat-Mobile led by 3D Sounds. Yes, I said it. The groom showed up channeling his inner Bruce Wayne in a black Bat Mobile that guests won't soon forget. Under the swaying of palm trees, and an open air mandap designed by Kumba & Entertainment, Payal and Amam became one. There is no shortage of the amount of love and effort that our Platinum Guide Members put into making a Maharani’s dream wedding come true. Today’s wedding was mastered by Vidhi Kshatriya of The Marigold Company and believe us when we say that it is truly in the details! Lately, we have been blown away by the amount of creativity and thought that both the bride and groom put into their big day. This feature celebrates the undying love of Payal and Amam and everything from the pre-ceremony events right down to the last person on the dance floor. The mehndi ceremony was kicked off at a nearby  local  restaurant where the bride stood out in a purple floral headwrap and a shimmering fuchsia lengha. The ceremony mixed in modern day romance with deep Indian traditions. The festivities also included a festive turmeric ceremony and garba night. I love how Payal’s style shines through the screens. She looked lovely in a gorgeous deep mustard lengha and then flipped the script in a mint green chuniya choli which was the perfect wedding attire for a night of dancing! It is no wonder that Dolled Up by Lulu was there each step of the way to glam this bride up!  Payal took it upon herself to rehearse a choreographed dance in front of her loved ones and each spin of her lengha exuded elegance. The cool blue waters of Curacao seemed to have had their fair share of influence on Natasha and Ankur’s final bash, the evening reception. Orchestrated by Gianni Hermans, blue dictated the color palette at the indoor reception at Santa Barbara Beach and Golf Resort Club. Maharani Natasha opted for a lehenga set in royal blue and cream, complete with ornate dull gold embroidery and a sequin border that was to die for! Hair and makeup by Sonia C was the perfect compliment to this bride's elegant look. Her Raja coordinated elegantly in a blue tuxedo finished with a matching tie. The two danced their way into the ballroom, one that incorporated ivory and champagne elements to offset the blue. Santa Barbara Beach and Golf Resort Club set up a unique stage backdrop - a wall of framed glass ornament bubbles that added a generous glint to the ballroom. White hydrangeas brought in a whiff of freshness to the soiree. Illuminated by Massive Productions, the mix of soft gold and lavender lighting brought out the beauty in all the various decor elements. Darshan Kapadia of Premier Entertainment thoroughly entertained the guests with his contemporary mixes, and the night came to an end with an open dance floor preceded by speeches, slow dances, and toasts. Greetings, Maharanis! We’re currently swooning over Natasha and Ankur’s beachfront destination ceremony at Santa Barbara Beach and Golf Resort Club that was every bit of enviable! Santa Barbara Beach and Golf Resort Club decked up the aisle, which was essentially the pathway that led to a waterfront structure transformed as a mandap. Large fresh white blooms sat atop white columns leading to a chic and minimal mandap done up in muted drapes and white florals. Gianni Hermans planned this spectacle, a covetable setup where we would gladly take sanctuary! Ankur made a celebratory entry with a traditional Baraat, dressed in a cream sherwani with royal blue and gold flourishes. Maharani Natasha looked pretty as a picture in her bridal attire, a look enhanced by Sonia C’s expertise with hair and makeup. Natasha and Ankur engaged in post-wedding shenanigans with their squads by jumping into the waters, a splash that made for memorable photos captured by KSD Weddings. We absolutely cannot wait to check out the live action film captured by Unique Visions Studio!
