Louisville, KY Indian Wedding by Photographick Studios

There is just something so beautiful about outdoor Indian weddings. Such was the ceremony of Bianca and Anshu, who took their relationship to the next level on the grounds of Bianca’s parents’ majestic estate. ShaFox Weddings & Events was brought on to spearhead the task of planning & designing the wedding, with In Bloom Again brought on to beautiful the outdoor grounds. The space was replete with bursting fuchsia blooms, sparkling crystal garlands, and crisp parasols to shade guests from the shining Louisville, KY sky. The space looked like a fairytale wonderland come to life! Even more gorgeous than the decor was Maharani Bianca, who was radiant in an elegant updo, burgundy lips, and a pastel pink and mint lehenga. Such a Queen! Her bridal wear was embellished with golden silk thread embroidery that sparkled under the cloudless blue sky. One of the most precious moments  of the day had to be the first look. Anshu had hearts in his eyes as he turned to see his Maharani all glammed out! Anshu was also as dapper as could be in a gold silk sherwani complete with a rich turban. After the emotional ceremony commenced, guests were ready to party to the tunes of Opening Minds Entertainment to celebrate the beloved newlyweds! Photographick Studios has curated a wonderful set of images that can be found in our full gallery.

Louisville, KY Indian Wedding by Photographick Studios

Happy Monday Maharanis! Some of the best wedding moments happen behind the scenes and Bianca and Anshu’s wedding is a prime example of this! This lovely duo were married at Maharani Bianca’s parents’ estate in Louisville, KY, and it is such a treat to see the loving care they put into organizing each pristine detail. We begin with Bianca wrapped up in a vibrant floral robe, being primped and polished to perfection by her glam squad. She was dressed in an angelic, shimmering mint and blush gown, with her hair adorned in a stunning white floral garland, and her skin covered in swirling mehndi. She positively took Anshu’s breath away during their first look! The couple were married in an emotional, traditional Hindu ceremony on the grounds of Bianca’s childhood home surrounded by their loved ones. It was such a personal and elegant affair that it brought tears to our eyes, In our next post, we’ll cover this duo’s gorgeous ceremony. You definitely don’t want to miss our coverage of the event. It was total eye candy, since it was lavishly decorated by In Bloom Again and designed by ShaFox Weddings & Events, with delightful sounds by Opening Minds Entertainment. Birmingham, MI Indian Fusion Wedding by Fairytale Productions

Lovely Melissa knew immediately that she wanted a fusion Indian wedding, bursting with Indian traditions as well as important American customs. She had a blast choosing the decor and details of her weekend, and assembled a talented group of vendors, including the planning aficionados from Bombay Wedding Events and decor mavens from Bellasario Florist. We were swooning over each of her dazzling fashion ensembles from Chandan Fashion and Frontier Heritage. Her classic red wedding lehenga was especially breathtaking! Melissa was a pure knockout in her decadent gown and told us a sweet behind the scenes fashion story: “I had been telling Vivek for weeks that I was wearing American to the ceremony. I could see the look of surprise on his face as I walked toward him wearing a traditional red wedding lehenga as well as adorning solah shringar.” Aw, the look on Vivek’s face as Melissa floated down the aisle says it all! What a lucky man. This wedding was over the top beautiful, taking place at The Townsend Hotel, and festooned with all sorts of red and gold delight. Guests cheered in elation as the couple took their vows, and were ready to get the reception party started! Description of the Day:

When Vivek proposed to me in Thailand, his mother, two sisters and I began planning our perfect wedding THAT EVENING! I knew immediately that I wanted to have a predominantly Hindu wedding incorporating a few important American customs. Every part of wedding planning was amazing.  From choosing the decor to shopping for the most beautiful Indian clothing, I was in awe. The Sangeet was a blast. I never imagined that I would be part of an Indian performance let alone performing in front of so many people. The next morning, our wedding day finally arrived! Everyone kept asking me if I was nervous. I expected to be nervous, but surpassingly was not. I couldn't wait to marry the man of my dreams! Our morning started out with all of the girls in the family getting ready in the bridal suite. This was very special to me because I was able to begin this journey with my sisters and cousins as well as my newly acquired family members. When it was time for the baraat, I was able to get a peek as it arrived at the hotel. My heart began racing as the ceremony time approached.  My father walked me down the aisle. I had been telling Vivek for weeks that I was wearing American to the ceremony. I could see the look of surprise on his face as I walked toward him wearing a traditional red wedding lehenga as well as adorning solah shringar. Our wedding consisted of a hindu ceremony as well as ring and vow exchange. After we were pronounced husband and wife, it was time to start preparing for the reception. Our reception was absolutely more than I could have dreamed of. After dances, speeches, and a surprise Indian performance, we danced the night away with friends and family.

So sweet! See you in a twinkle lovelies!
