Key Largo, FL Indian Fusion Wedding by Linett Teresa Photography

Welcome back, Maharanis! We are happy you could join us at Zahra & Bhavishyat's wedding ceremonies! That's right, these love birds didn't just have one wedding ceremony, they were so lucky that they had two! And thanks to the remarkable talent of Linett Teresa Photography, we are able to enjoy every intimate and captivating moment of these amazing and memorable celebrations. The alluring and natural environment that surrounded the Historic Shadow Point was the perfect scenario for the two ceremonies that marked the start of an everlasting love story. The day started with a Nikha Ceremony to pay tribute to Zahra's background and culture, followed by an evening Kalyanam Ceremony to honor Bhavishyat's culture. These memorable and solemn ceremonies were splendidly planned by the talented crew from Amina Events and they were beautifully set by the unique and on point decoration done by Linens & More Florida Keys. The delicate color selection and the detailed placement of all the ornaments created a relaxing and magical atmosphere that everyone loved! And if you were thinking that this breathtaking scenario was already perfect on its own, that is because you are yet to see the astonishing look on our gorgeous Zahra. She looked ravishing on both ceremonies, and we want to make a special shout out to Medusa's Mane Hair & Makeup for the dreamy look that was created for our gorgeous Maharani, as they praised her natural beauty and made her look like a princess! We are loving every bit of these ceremonies as every small detail contributed to making this event not just classy, but exquisite. If you can't get enough of these wedding ceremonies, head into our gallery for more, you will not regret it!

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
I met Bhavishyat (Bhavi) through colleagues at work. The connection was very natural like we knew each other from forever. It was my birthday weekend, that he planned a trip to Chattanooga, TN where I realized it had to be him. His loving, affectionate and caring nature made me realize all that I wanted in my Mr. Right, was in him.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
We were getting ready for a dinner date, he made sure I was in the room as pest control were doing a treatment at home (at least that is what he said). Ready for our dinner outing I stepped outside to flowers showering and Bhavi on his knees.

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
Well, we are from different faiths and were planning a small but fun wedding party with family and friends on a beach in Florida, that helped us celebrate the best of both cultures with people who mattered the most.
It was a real challenge, in fact, I feel we couldn't have done another exercise to know each other and our families soo well. From choosing a location in Key Largo to the venue Historic Shadow Point to getting Anita Amin #AminaEvents to help us coordinate our wedding weekend. To choosing LinettePhotography as our wedding photographer to getting Hair, Makeup and Henna artists in Key Largo. To finding food options that go well for all. To the 2 priests to solemn up man and wife according to Hindu and Muslim traditions. It was a real experience. But the happy faces and the fact that we will be together forever made it all worth it.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
I went to India for wedding shopping, I wanted a non-traditional color Lehenga for Nikaah. So dark blue and pastel green was an option we choose. For Kalyanum my mother in law felt pink would suit me well so it was a pink and gold and white and pink saree combination.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
We planned all the details of D day, it was exactly the way we wanted. A mixture of cultures with a lot of fun.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Venue and cocktail party

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Fun times with family and friends

For events other than your ceremony, please tell us as much as you would like about the decor, style, dances, and all the special details.
Haldi and Mehndi in the open, with mangal snanum at sunset.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
Dont stress the small stuff, no one remembers the color of your mandup or dress or the food. You got to enjoy D day.

Anything else you want to tell us? We'd love to hear all about your other details! (jewelry, mehndi, venue, cake, bouquets, etc.)
All local talent, cheaper.

These were lovely ceremonies, but we still have one more stop! Please join us at the upcoming wedding reception, it is an event that you'll love!

The incredible planning of Eventrics Weddings combined with the amazing decor that Occasions by Shangri-la put together for this event left us speechless! It was so magical and charming that it seemed to be taken out from a fairy tale! Definitely, it was the dreamy reception that Radhika & Ryan have always dreamed of, and there is no wonder why everyone enjoyed every bit of this event! One of the most anticipated moments of the evening took place when our lovebirds had their first dance as husband and wife. All the attendants delightfully watch how the newlyweds moved to the beat of the most beautiful melodies that were played by the talented DJ from Dudha Productions. All of the guests had a great time while celebrating with Radhika & Ryan, however, the night was coming to an end when our lovebirds had the first cut at the cake, but there was still time for one more surprise: A fireworks show! This was the perfect end for the wedding festivities that marked the start of a lifetime of marriage for Radhika & Ryan. Agoura Hills, CA Indian Fusion Wedding by Eliza Jane Photography

Hello Maharanis! We know that you loved Elizabeth & Randeep's first wedding ceremony and you couldn't wait to take a look at the second one, so let's check it out now! This second ceremony that was held on the captivating gardens of the Brookview Ranch combined Catholic and Jewish traditions into one single event. And we want to make a special shoutout to Haley Simon Events for the incredible planning of this ceremony as it is not easy to combine different traditions into one event, but the expertise they have when it comes to creating dreamy wedding ceremonies stood out and they ended up creating a magnificent event that exceeded all expectations! This peaceful and natural environment created the most perfect scenario for Elizabeth & Randeep to share their love in front of their family and friends. The whole ceremony was beautiful and romantic but without any question, our favorite moment happened when Elizabeth started walking down the aisle, as she looked ravishing on her white dress, and Randeep's reaction was priceless! His smile reflected all the happiness that he was feeling at that moment and he had a spark in his eyes that can only be found in the eyes of someone that is truly in love! This was a precious moment that got captured by the lens of Eliza Jane Photography, and it is so pure and true that we are sure that more than one of you guys will be shedding a couple of tears of joy! If you want to take a closer look at the most memorable moments of this ceremony, don't forget to check the gallery that we have prepared for today. You won't regret it!

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
When Akshat and Ashmi first met all those years ago at Rutgers, they didn’t know what to expect. But getting to know one another was easy and soon enough, they were goofing off together all the time. From study dates to poking wars, they became best friends even though they were like night and day. They say the best relationships start off as friendships first. Even though they lost touch, both of them somehow found their way back to one another. Akshat and Ashmi's story was never meant to end there; it was only just beginning. After reconnecting years later, both of them found themselves falling back into old patterns and restarting an old friendship. So, Akshat and Ashmi ventured back out to where their story first began and spent their first night out together on College Ave catching up and sharing old stories. Eventually, endless texts became long phone calls, which became late night conversations that led to the first date of many. Rose petals and scented candles lit the path to where Akshat stood in his room waiting to ask Ashmi to start the first of many adventures with him. What they thought to only be friendship turned out to be so much more...

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
Akshat decided to fly all of our closest friends into Tampa, Florida where we were living together at the time. I admit that I was slightly oblivious as I had thought I had arranged for all my friends to come see me for the weekend. I started to get suspicious when my girlfriends kept asking me to get a mani pedi since I'm not really one to paint my nails. The next day we were all headed to Sunset Beach where Akshat got down on one knee and asked me to marry him with the most beautiful Harry Potter inspired ring in a golden snitch with all of my closest friends wearing Harry Potter shirts spelling out "Will You Marry Me?". Of course I said yes!

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
I knew I wanted a maroon or wine colored bridal lengha so my mom decided to go shopping in India for it since she was already there for a business trip. It was definitely a grueling process since the whatsapp video connection in India was terrible. So, I finally agreed to a lengha not knowing what it fully looked like due to the poor quality of the video call. However, when I saw it in person, I fell in love. When I wore it the day of our wedding, it was everything and more. I felt absolutely stunning in it.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Probably the food. When is food not the big winning factor at a big fat indian wedding? Unless of course it sucked, but in this case it didn't. Thanks Rasoi for coming through for us!

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
I would say elope! Or have a destination wedding because planning a wedding for 300+ people is crazy hectic. At the end of the day, I would say I wanted a more intimate wedding at a more romantic location. But we all know know at the end of the day, indian weddings are not really about us but more for our guests and parents. Despite this, I loved each and every moment of our big day and ended up being such a remarkable memory that I can't wait to share with my children and grandchildren one day.

Have a great rest of the day, and don't forget to join us tomorrow for more inspiring stories!
