Welcome to Maharani Weddings

I love Indian weddings that are full of pomp and flair, and Shikha and Nirav's celebration at the Sheraton Parsippany didn't miss a beat. Nirav's baraat ceremony was led by a powerful dhol played by Mohit Sahini who ensured that every family member was dancing the whole entire time while making their entrance. I absolutely love it when Indian brides rock colors outside the spectrum, however, I fall in love all over again with traditional red. Rangoli Weddings designed a dreamy mandap blooming with eccentric details and all the elegance guests could handle. I am completely blown away with this fresh spin on summer's traditional colors that suffused the day with an extra dose of cultural charm. The bride looked picture perfect in all of these shots thanks to the hands of Makeup by Anita. I have all the wonderful memories tucked away in our gallery captured by Hugo Juarez Photography.

I got all the romantic feels after going through these charming photos captured by Hugo Juarez Photography honoring Shikha and Nirav. In true Indian fashion, the pre-ceremony festivities kicked off at the Ashirwad Palace. It was a multihued infused affair with colorful decor sprinkled throughout the venue by Rangoli Weddings. The morning started with our bride getting dolled up for her wedding ceremony by Makeup by Anita. The bride channeled the appearance of a Rajasthani bride. The talented makeup artist dressed the bride up with a more traditional color palette mixed with natured textures. I have handpicked some of my favorite moments of Shikha getting ready down below and the first look. But, you won't want to miss the sangeet celebrating partying in our gallery.

Classic memories are ones that you want to view over and over again and never go tirelessly. Such is the enchanting love journey of Nermarie and Akash who sealed their love at Tappan Hill Mansion. The bride swooned her crowd in a soft mesh and chic white wedding gown with all the classic trimmings. X-quisite Flowers & Events bathed the venue in an under the sea vibe with idyllic lighting glistening with a monochromatic luminosity that is one of my favorite wedding decor to date.  Joseph Edwards Films was there to capture the couple's grand entrance; serenaded by the beats of B Boyz Entertainment.  Abigail Kirsch spun a rustic cake that was a perfect fit for the overall theme of this charming Indian wedding. Andre Maier Photography presents us with all the lighthearted moments swimming in our gallery.

There is much love pouring out of the Tappan Hill Mansion with Nermarie and Akash's outdoor Indian wedding that is full of all the right moments. The details are absolutely breathtaking! Nermarie and Akash's floral and fauna wedding was full of iconic Maharani moments: Timeless elegance, astonishing décor, and one dazzling Indian bride! True love comes naturally! X-quisite Flowers & Events captured the spirit of the occasion with a flora and fauna mandap that set the stage for a gathering to be remembered. What resulted is a fairy tale wedding that is filled with romance and unique personal touches. What I loved the most about this Indian wedding is both the bold colors intermixed with a relaxed, nature-inspired affair in stunning shades of greens. I am a firm believer that just like your beloved romance, your wedding day style should be just as epic! Of course, an Indian bride pampered by Archi's Beauty Salon - Archita Upadhyaya could only be fabulous, and we are swooning with matrimonial envy with this bride's chic style. In hues of red and gold with cascading patterns of intricate patchwork, Nermarie's enticing trousseau made for some serious photo magic. B Boyz Entertainment led the baraat ceremony into the Tappan Hill Mansion and I can just hear the heart-stopping dhol in the distance!
