How stunning is your anarkali that could have been designed by Vera Wang herself? Today’s enchanting love tale comes from one of my favorite cities in the world - New York! And, I am so excited to conclude the final moments of Chandni and Angad's Indian wedding at the Giorgio's Baiting Hollow. Stylish Events decked out the ballroom in hues of magnificent golds with cascades of glittering backdrops placed behind the sweetheart stage. Chandai Events planned this over the top affair and has once again proved to be stellar planners in the industry. Channa Photography also captured all the live action and we cannot wait until the reel falls in our lap so we can share it with you all! Did you miss Chandni's sangeet at Akbar Restaurant complete with amazing decor by Stylish Events? Click here to be whisked away, but only after you soak in all the details of her Indian wedding ceremony at the Glen Cove Gurdwara. The early morning began with Mirror and You rolling in their overloaded makeup back for Operation Gorgeous Bride. Once again this Indian bride has amazed me with Indian wedding apparel of choice and I am living for her long, side braid, fashion-forward lengha blouse, and raised lengha skirt! My advice to you upcoming brides is to live for the moment YOU want. After all, these moments will become memories and with talented Indian wedding photographers such as Channa Photography, your memories will live forever. So, wear that daring top or that bold color that just slays on you; the number one element I look for when showcasing Indian brides is their element to stand out. Happy Monday Maharanis! I am revisiting one of my favorite states ever for Chandni and Angad's fabulous fete that is a sheer delight to the eyes. The big city was brimming with cultural vibes with Chandni's sangeet at the well-chosen Akbar Restaurant. Both the bride and the décor stood out that night! The inside of a genie's lamp was no match for all the cultural and bold embellishments created by Stylish Events. I am absolutely in love with our Indian bride's one of a kind lengha. An off the shoulder blouse, motif design georgette skirt piece, and gorgeously applied makeup by Mirror and You were my favorite features. Planned and designed by Chandai Events, I am so giddy with joy to reveal the next set of memories. Channa Photography was there each step of the way to capture my favorite images down below. We hope that you are taking a break from the mad dash of the work week with a cup of chai and ready to wrap up Sonia and Rahul's inspiring Indian wedding. Sonia's wedding extravaganza was brimming with luxury and detail, shot by Lomesh Photography. The amount of detail that went into this wedding journey is uncanny! Starting with an amazing sangeet at the Las Colinas Country Club, Indian groom design from Manyavar, with Tall Productions behind the cinematic lens, you won't want to miss a beat! Prashe turned the Marriott Las Colinas into a romantic haven. Twinkling chandeliers, neutral décor palette, and the right amount of glow was oh so magical! The night ended with the guests on the dancefloor; a sign of good times with a curated playlist from DJ Riz Entertainment. The bride herself has some words for all you Indian brides that need that extra encouragement, "It all goes by so fast - so try to take in every moment!  Another bride told me, your wedding is the best day of your life because you get to marry the man of your dreams and all of the people you love are there with you - and I couldn’t have said it any better myself!! Rahul and I still feel like we are on a high from the wedding and getting to see all of our loved ones. We feel honored and blessed to have so much love and support." There are just some Indian weddings that I don't want to end. With Sonia and Rahul's sangeet celebration ending at the Las Colinas Country Club (did you check out how dashing Rahul was in a Manyavar original?), I am happy to report that we have more Indian wedding fun heading your way! The bride slipped into a one of a kind lengha handcrafted at Frontier Raas. There is a reason why Prashe is the industry leader in Indian wedding design. Intermixing elegant bohemian details with a splash of pastel florals; the mandap setup is one of the prettiest alfresco settings I have seen to date in an Indian wedding!
