Rajashtan, India Indian Wedding by Dream Diaries

We are back, beauty queens! We have arrived at Prachi & Shaleen's grand and elegant reception party held inside The Lalit Jaipur and The Palace Atelier, so get ready to have some fun! Hitchkey Weddings planned a fabulous event, a 2-day, breathtaking union full of luxury and traditional flair. With pastel blooms, crisscross drapes, and pretty floral touches, the décor at this Mehndi infused the venue with elegance and a contemporary charm. Weddings are about the couple, but this one was one of the most personalized Sangeet ceremonies ever! The evening witnessed a Glitter & Glam-themed Sangeet. The revelries unraveled, beautifully enveloped in the rich, luscious monochrome palette with equal parts chic and elegance. For the ceremony, Prachi looked gorgeous, walking straight into our hearts in a stunning red lehenga from Panghat Sarees and great hair and makeup from Kaushal Mua. Thanks to The Shaadi Swaggers, all the guests witnessed a romantic and well-choreographed scene that will be forever recalled. Hands down, this was the best way to bring the wedding festivities to an end with a flourish! If you want to relieve every moment of this mesmerizing wedding celebration, don't miss the visual masterpieces captured by Dream Diaries in today's lovely and elegant gallery. It is an absolute visual delight that you don't want to miss at all!

Orlando, FL Indian Wedding by Lillie Shawn Imagery

Welcome back Maharanis! We are excited and delighted because Manisha & Akaash´s wedding details magically made their way to us! Special thanks to Tas Events & Design for sharing this lovely story. The incredible event design team created all the charm of this soiree, transforming all wedding venues and bringing Manisha & Akaash´s vision to life. The wedding frenzy started with a blue-theme outdoor Sangeet that featured the most charming arch, a lovely Bombay cafe station, and a splendid dancefloor design! I love the blue sky shade of the couple´s outfits for this event. Definitely the best pick for effortless impact! One of the top names in Florida´s wedding planning scene, Big Guava Events was the dedicated team that planned each event with ease and expertise. They ensured all ran smoothly at  B Resort & Spa Disney Springs Resort Area. This magical spot harbored the magnificent wedding ceremony and reception, which were nothing less than regal thanks to the striking floral decor setup that Tas Events & Design created. Maharani Manisha got her extra doze of glam thanks to Henna Allure, who designed the beautiful henna designs and motifs she flaunted, as well as her flawless hair and makeup. The evening reception was a complete success, thanks to Awaaz entertainment DJing and Flavors Of India Coco Beach catering. A huge round of applause for these two for making the night highly memorable for all! I am so glad they picked Lillie Shawn Imagery to capture every moment! Here are some of these charming instants collected in our complete gallery How could I resist showing you a sneak peek of this precious wedding? I hope you enjoy ladies!

Anaheim, CA Gujarati Wedding by Avec Lumiere Productions

Hello ladies! Ready for your daily dose of inspiration? I hope you do because we have Shalini and Neil's incredible wedding highlight video captured by Avec Lumiere Productions. This California-based couple carefully planned with the help of Events by Sep. All the events that formed these nuptials displayed unique themes and elegant decors that turned into authentic feasts for the eyes! I love the cherry blossom backdrop of their pre-wedding functions and the pink Sangeet theme. So romantic! The couple chose the great Delta Hotels by Marriott as the location for their dream wedding. Here, Raja Neil started their final event with an energetic Baraat procession entering the ceremony to the beat of Fusion Sounds. After a fun Varmala ceremony, the wedding rituals took place under a stunning acrylic mandap created by Kismet Event Design. The decor crew showed off his talent by creating a dazzling white and gold scenery that was opulent yet elegant. They truly gave this two a decor they will never forget. The evening quickly transitioned into a magical night with mesmerizing violet lightning designed by Fusion Sounds. They also created a perfect music set that took the crowd into a dance frenzy that lasted all night! Remember ladies, hit play on this beautiful highlight film by Avec Lumiere Productions. You won't regret it.

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
I knew he was the one when I first came down to Pittsburgh only to have a delayed flight! I was supposed to come in at 6 pm and instead came home at midnight. When I walked in he had this whole dinner at home set up, with plates and red napkins and candles! He even cooked the perfect meal!
Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
What I thought would be a fancy lunch date on top of the mountain turned out to be the man of my dreams popping the question! Somehow he got me dressed up, got my nails done, and got to on a gondola without any suspicion. When he got to the location on the top, I saw the proposal set up, and I said to him, "Oh, look, someone is getting proposed to; we can't go there" I tried to stop him many many times from going closer and closer to the site. It clicked to me when the violist started playing the Wada Raha song that this proposal was for me! He proposed, and everyone around the site cheered, and then 5 mins later our whole family showed up! Literally all of them from all over the states!

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
I started planning in the middle of COVID, thinking it would go away. But all of my vendors were really nice and willing to work with me. We originally had a July date, but due to restrictions in other countries, we had to push back our date to December. Our vendors were flexible in making the change without any issues. I started off booking my make-up artist Drea first! We only had our date at this point. Then I went on to book my venue and wedding planner at the same time. The rest fell in place one by one!
How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
This was really hard since I was not able to go to India and new outfits were not coming to the states. I knew I wanted to wear red. The first store we went to was Frontier in LA. I tried on a few but really fell in love with one of them. But I knew I should try more when I went to NY and NJ. So a few months later I went around and tried on more, sometimes I tried them on just to entertain myself and see if I liked anything I wore! But all I could think of was that outfit I really liked. The week after I told my mom to just go purchase the one I really liked and she face timed me and we bought it!
I also wanted to wear my mom's wedding sari or try to incorporate it into my outfit somehow! The final look didn't come together till the week before but I decide to wear it with a white choli as my baarat outfit. This was super special because my mom and I did a little welcome dance as well.
What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
They all said they loved the food and coming to California even though the weather wasn't the best!
Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Every time I look at our highlight video all of the memories just rush in now! I think the most fun I had was during our pithi and sangeet night. We did a flash mob during the sangeet and it was the most amazing thing ever that came together!
For events other than your ceremony, please tell us as much as you would like about the decor, style, dances, and all the special details.
Pithi: The theme for this event was Capri/lemon. The team did an amazing job making the ganpathi in various blue sea items!
Satak: The idea was to go with something peaceful and serenity. So we decided to do a lotus in the background with cherry trees coming from the side.
Sangeet: The theme was Jaipur. I called this event Pink City Soriee on our invites.
Wedding: All white with greenery
Reception: I wanted to bring back a little bit of the proposal to bring in a full circle of this time period. We added a mountain decal on our dance floor with red and purple flowers through out the backdrop and tables.
Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
Enjoy it all! Try not to worry too much about small details and small fights with your parents. Go with the flow and enjoy it because it won't come again.
Anything else you want to tell us? We'd love to hear all about your other details! (jewelry, mehndi, venue, cake, bouquets, etc.)
