We'll start this journey by taking a look at an elegant and fun-loving welcome reception held at the exclusive Silverado Resort on the evening before the wedding day. This event that opened the doors to the main wedding festivities was a huge success thanks to the perfect planning, conceptualization, and execution of Bobby Bhogal! Maharani Rachita attended this reception rocking a dual-tone dress very well complemented by Nini's Epiphany Makeup and Hair who took care of her beauty needs. And we loved the combination of a nude makeup with dark smokey eyes as it praised her beauty and elevated her final look! Harshit did not stay behind, and he followed the line of elegance and style with an all-black suit and a white button-down dress shirt that made him look handsome. All the guests had a great time sharing with this lovely couple before their big day and enjoying the tasty plates that Amber India Restaurants prepared for the evening. And we cannot forget about those delicious sweets and cake from Flour and Bloom Cakes that everyone enjoyed!  And you know that no party is complete if you don't have the perfect music to liven it up! So we want to make a big shoutout to Desi Jammers Entertainment, for setting the musical mood for this once in a lifetime event! Hello there, darlings! We are back in the paradisiacal lands of Cancun, Mexico to continue enjoying the wedding festivities of Shrina & Angat. The time has come to celebrate the union of our newlyweds in a fantastic reception party held inside the halls of the exclusive Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun. Following the lines of elegance, beauty, and merriment that has characterized these festivities, this wedding reception was incredible! Our two lovebirds attended this event wearing elegant outfits that made them look fabulous in each of the photographs captured by the talented team from Jorge Rodriguez Photography. Although they both looked radiant, it was our beautiful Shrina who stole all the looks! Her soft lavender lengha, the fantastic makeup, and hairstyle created by Sara Tamargo, and her beautiful smile, were the perfect combination to make her look like a princess! There is no doubt that this was a night to remember! DJ PARTY ROD Cancun's wedding Professional DJ's enlightened the dance floor with a fantastic selection of music that put everyone to dance to the rhythm of the Bollywood hits of the moment. And the guests that were not dancing were captivated by the delicious plates that Taste of India Cancun prepared for this event. This reception party was full of happiness, dancing, food and above all, lots of love! We wish this story didn't have to come to an end because we are having a blast! But we have to let these lovebirds begin their journey into their everlasting married life. If you thought that the Sangeet ceremony had been impressive, wait to see the wedding ceremony of this beautiful young couple, you will be surprised! So get your notebook and pencil with you because you are about to enjoy an event that will make your inspiration fly! Before heading to the ceremony that united the lives of our betrothed in marriage, we will be part of a vibrant, colorful, and cheerful Baraat! This Baraat procession took Angat into the streets of the majestic Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun in a vintage car from Drums in Paradise. What a great and elegant way to attend the ceremony that would change his life! This Baraat procession arrived at the beach where JC Castillo Weddings and Flowers by Alquimia Events had worked together to create the perfect setting for our lovebirds to tie the knot. Without a doubt, this was a winning combination as it led to a dreamy scenario taking advantage of the natural environment and complementing this fantastic landscape with a minimalist, yet excellent decoration. Although this scenario was beautiful on its own, it was our gorgeous Shrina who stole all the looks! And in case you were wondering, the dazzling jewelry she is rocking came from Sabyasachi Mukherjee's collection. And the hairstyle and makeup that praised her natural beauty is the work of the talented artist, Sara Tamargo. All this beauty got immortalized thanks to the incredible shots that Jorge Rodriguez Photography captured during this wedding ceremony. We are mainly impressed by the way each shot portrays the love between these two. Just by taking a glance, we can notice that they are soulmates destined to be together in an everlasting love story! Hello, ladies! We are wrapping up Ayesha & Abdullah's wedding celebration with an exchange of rings ceremony, followed by a dinner gala. Our two lovebirds had the chance to celebrate their marriage in the company of their family and friends with an event full of emotions that everyone enjoyed! And we want to make a special shoutout to Visual Impact Design for the incredible decor that was put together for this event. We love the floral arrangements placed on the guest's tables and how well they combined with the ornaments that were used to ambiance this scene. Undoubtedly this delicate and on point decoration helped to take this event to the next level! Although the decoration was impressive, it was the presence of our lovebirds that stole the show! Ayesha looked flawless on her ruby and golden attire bespoke by La Dona. And Abdullah rocked a black and white traditional Sherwani suit with a burgundy turban! And we cannot stop thinking of how lucky these two are for having each other as it is easy to tell that they are soulmates! And it is thanks to the remarkable talent of JSK Photography that we get to take a peek to this captivating celebration of love. How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
Our families were friends and I knew he was "the one" not long after we started talking. Our values, goals, and personalities were reflected in one another. As we head into our one year anniversary, we are thankful for the beautiful union that life gave us. 

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
I was home one weekend and Abdullah planned a day trip to San Francisco. He walked in to the house with a beautiful bouquet of flowers that he had picked out himself. I loved them and thought it was one of his kind and thoughtful gestures (knowing how much I love flowers). We headed out to San Francisco and our first stop was Crissy Field in front of the Golden Gate Bridge. That's where Brian met us. Brian was a photographer Abdullah had hired to take some pictures of us in front of some famous landmarks. He said it would be nice to take some professional photos together. I agreed! Click after click we finally made our way over to the Palace of Fine Arts. The photographer then asked me to take a picture by myself. I was confused, but he said it was just to get a good angle and to see how the shot would come out. The next thing I know Abdullah is heading towards me, gets down on one knee, and proposes! We ended the night at a French restaurant and celebrated the beautiful day we had. 

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
With only four months to plan the wedding, I knew I had to make decisions fast! There were a few "musts" on my list, but I knew I had to flexible due to the time constraints. I wanted a modern, elegant vibe, with just the right amount of traditional touch. I created a wedding spreadsheet and it became my wedding planner. I did some research, took some recommendations, and then began seeking out my vendors. I talked to all of my vendors before I decided to confirm. This was especially important - I wanted  vendors to share my vision and add a touch of their own creativity. From hair & makeup, to decor, my vendors were my partners in this wedding! They took my vision and brought it to life. My overall experience with them was wonderful and I would highly recommend each and every one of them. 

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
I designed my own wedding dress and the designer made the process very seamless! I knew I wanted a traditional red with champagne gold. I also wanted an outfit that I knew I could wear again, separately, without having the full bridal look. I outlined motifs and pieces of different outfits that I liked into one document. The designer sent me color swatches and design sketches. I sent over my measurements and the husband/wife duo began the process! They sent me videos of the process and let me follow along each step of the way. Once it was completed, they shipped it over from Pakistan and I was in awe as soon as I opened the package! The pictures and videos did not do justice to the stunning craftsmanship. Thank you La Dona for making me feel like an absolute princess in my bridal dress. 

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
I loved that each and every aspect of my wedding, was designed by us. From the place cards we wrote, to the flowers we placed on the cake - our special touch surrounded us as began the start of our new life together. Our friends and family came together to support us and helped us have a beautiful wedding.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
They loved the casual vibe! They all felt welcomed around those they were even meeting for the first time. We loved this! We wanted our family and friends to feel like one big family that came together to celebrate our union.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
The most memorable moment of my wedding was when I stepped into the ballroom with my dad. As he walked me down the aisle towards Abdullah, it really hit me: "this is happening, Ayesha - you're ready to start the next chapter in your life."

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
Take it easy! I promise everything works out in the end and all falls into place. Be clear and concise with your vendors and trust them - it's their job to make your vision come to life. Be flexible and remember that most important part: the beginning of a beautiful journey with the one you love.

Hello, ladies! We are glad you could join us at Amil & Pragya's sangeet ceremony. We are sure that this is an event that you are going to enjoy! As it could not be different, this sangeet ceremony was colorful, vibrant and it was full of dances and laughter! Definitely, it was the perfect preamble for the upcoming wedding ceremony that will mark the start of these lovebirds' lifetime love story. We want to make a special shout out to Aspra Events for the incredible decor that was put together for this pre-wedding ceremony! It is so amazing, that it seems to be taken out of a fairy tale, and we were left speechless when we saw it for the first time! There is no doubt that this was an incredible scenario that could only be overtaken by the beauty of our lovely couple. As you can tell by the photos taken by Knotty Days, Amil looked ravishing on her soft lavender lengha and this enchanting and captivating look was very well complimented with the laced hairstyle and the nude makeup that Pooja Okheda and Sanjana created for this event! It was a winning combination that made her look like a princess! We are sure that everyone loved and enjoyed this event as the color combination, the magical atmosphere and the love of this young couple, created such romantic scenes that we cannot stop seeing in our gallery.
