Delhi, India Indian Wedding by Beginnings For You

I arrive with my passport in my hand and a sad smile, ending Maharani Mansha and Gautam's show-stopping Indian wedding at Jhanakar Garden. Before they headed into their big bash, the bride was led on a photographic journey with Beginnings For You that has me just swooning. I have to take a moment to commend this Indian bride for her choice of bridal wear. Each trousseau just exudes class and royalty! After her stellar photo session, the bride and groom were ready for their grand affair. There was no need for fancy decor or embellishments; the heart of India was bright and bold! So, how does an Indian bride plan such an extravagant event? "It was such an adventure! I took three months off of work to plan and execute the wedding of my dreams and despite all the planning, there were still about a hundred things that were left to be done last minute. It was honestly the most fun and exhilarating time for me. Planning and executing something from scratch and the fact that at the end of it, I'd be spending the rest of my life with my best friend and partner in crime." I love, love, love hearing about the process! We have amassed quite the collection of images for you in the gallery and explore one of the most beautiful countries in the world celebrating this very lovely couple.

Delhi, India Indian Wedding by Beginnings For You

We return back to Mansha and Gautam's destination Indian wedding with a modern Bollywood theme in mind. The bride channeled her inner Maharani donning a soft green lengha with all gold zardosi work highlighted with raw crystals and stones. Minimal gold jewelry was accessorized with this bridal gown for the maximum effect. The crowd found themselves on the outskirts of the Jhankar Garden where a priest was waiting to start the Indian wedding ceremony. The mandap was designed with minimal silk draperies in mind which were genius as who wouldn’t want to take in the architectural views of this sweeping country? I am so in love with Mansha's bridal gown and my favorite part of chatting with our brides is getting to know the story of how the "the one" was chosen. Bridal lengha, of course. "With the wedding outfit, I was adamant not to wear reds or pinks, I'd already worn a subtle and delicate peach lehenga for my engagement. So for me, it either had to be a light green/blue or a gold one. I picked gold and cream for the sangeet, so that left me with the latter. I wanted more color on the wedding day and gold, in my opinion, works better at night. After searching for months, I almost got my lehenga custom made from Anita Dongre (hands down my favorite designer) but when I tried on this seafoam stunner at Sabyasachi, I knew it was the one!" This palatial royal wedding captured by Beginnings For You was nothing short of cultural sophistication and I have a whole collection of photos waiting for you in the gallery

Delhi, India Indian Wedding by Beginnings For You

Happy Tuesday Maharanis! As we dive into the last week of July, I am so excited to take you into the enchanting country of India for Mansha and Gautam's Indian wedding celebration that will truly leave you breathless. Beginnings For You has brought us the vibrant memories shot straight from the iconic Jhankar Garden in Delhi. Maharani Mansha's love story is oh so captivating. "The first time we met, we knew somewhere deep down that that was it, we were going to end up together."  It's that type of feeling that results in all of these lovely wedding stories! What do I have in store for you? Well, if you are an Indian bride seeking fashion advice, this feature is just for you! As quoted from the bride herself, "I'm an outfit person through and through. In fact, I'm not very fond of jewelry. I told my parents that despite how much jewelry a bride ought to wear, I didn't want to look like anything but myself on my functions. After insisting a few times, they gave in to my pleas. I spent about 7-8 months finding my outfits, not a shop, designer or website was spared." I spent no more than a month looking for my jewelry, it was all either from Tanishq, Bholasons Jewellers or Carat Lane." Every image shot by this stellar team unfolds all the memories of the series of events that unfolded throughout the very busy week. If you head on to the gallery, you will find a treasure trove of pics waiting for your perusal.

Hyderabad, India South Asian Wedding by Visualeyes

Come with me, Maharanis! Let's take a trip to Hyderabad, India to enjoy this luxury Indian wedding film by Visualeyes. Ayushi & Abhinav planned a one of a kind affair filled with rich traditional details, spectacular stages and lots of love. Our couple of the day started their wedding festivities with a family day that included a variety of games and bonding time, followed with an outdoor Haldi ceremony to honor our bride and groom together. Their wedding was held at a magnificent and perfectly detailed set showcasing a church, European streets and even the tower of Pisa! What a unique and wonderful idea this duo had! And, to close their wedding weekend with a bang, Ayushi & Abhinav celebrated an intimate Hindu wedding ceremony with their nearest and dearest. This was an event that will be remembered for many years to come and luckily Visuaeyels caught all the action in a cinematic masterpiece for us to indulge. I'm sure you will be dreaming of having a wedding like this, so get a pen and paper, hit play and grab all the inspo your heart can handle!

See you tomorrow for more wedding inspo!
