Tejal & Jatin's wedding was a stunning celebration of love and tradition, set at the elegant Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square. SB Events masterfully planned every detail, creating a seamless blend of modernity and romance. Tejal looked radiant, thanks to the incredible work of Red Lotus Artistry. Their team crafted a bridal look that perfectly captured Tejal's natural beauty while adding a touch of glamour that made her shine throughout the day as she walked into a space transformed by Universal Decor into a floral dreamscape. When it was time to celebrate, M4U Events set the tone for the evening with their impeccable DJ services. They curated a playlist that perfectly balanced traditional tunes with contemporary beats, keeping the dance floor packed all night. The couple's journey was beautifully captured by VanWeddings Inc., whose cinematography immortalized the joy and emotion of the day, ensuring that Tejal and Jatin's love story could be relived time and time again. Their shared future promise was a testament to their deep bond. Enjoy!
How did you meet your Groom, and when did you know he was "the one"?
Jay and I met like many modern couples do: online! The connection was instant from our first date - a simple pizza and ice cream outing. We talked for hours about everything from family and friends to core beliefs and life goals, and it felt so easy to be open. There was no pressure to seem perfect and give "proper" answers. We were both unapologetically honest, and it was immediately the start of a strong and fulfilling relationship.
What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
We hosted a destination wedding in Seattle, Washington, and were very intentional with our event schedule. We wanted our guests to have plenty of free time to explore the city and have a great time, so we split our wedding and reception into two separate days. Our guests loved and appreciated the free-flowing schedule and had a blast without feeling stressed about attending back-to-back events!
Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
Keep it simple! As an Indian bride, it's easy to get caught up in extravagance and fine details for your events. Your vision evolves throughout the planning process, and before you know it, you'll want to do dance performances, TikToks, outfit changes, and a million other things that end up being more stressful than fun for you AND your bridal party. If you have ten ideas you want to execute, pick the best five and let the others go. The stress of overcommitting is not worth being exhausted and worried about during your special weekend. Don't lose sight of what is important: having an amazing time with your new husband, family, and friends.!
Anything else you want to tell us? We'd love to hear all about your other details! (jewelry, mehndi, venue, cake, bouquets, etc.)
From the very beginning, Jay and I knew we wanted a winter wedding. A far departure from the usual all-inclusive beachside options, we wanted to choose a destination that would be a unique experience for us, our families, and our friends. A gorgeous November wedding in moody Seattle was not at all what we expected, but with the help of our incredible vendors, it was a dream come true. The glass-covered rooftop with a simple white mandap, surrounded by flowers, drapery, and pools of water on each side, was unlike anything we had ever seen. Heaters lined the perimeter of the space to keep our guests warm while chai and coffee were served mid-ceremony for a cozy touch. It was truly unforgettable!
