Today’s film highlight captured by Robles Video Production is one that encompasses Bollywood flair, fusion of customs and design wear for the ages. Maharani Amanjeet and Sudhir wanted to blend both of their backgrounds, Sikh and Hindu, into their special day and held two different ceremonies at the ballroom at the Hyatt Long Beach California. The pre festivities included a colorful sangeet and mehndi night with henna artist Neha Assar. I am floored with the design work of this artist and looking forward to more of her work in 2017! One of my favorite baraat entrances to date is the waterfront gondola ride to the Hyatt Long Beach California. Can you say unique and creative? The baraat ceremony was led by none other than Northern California’s infamous dhol player Malinder Tooray who rocked the entrance! The couple donned a matching coral pink and silver ensemble. I anticipate a large number of brides leaning towards a slate gray or silver lengha and Maharani Amanjeet most certainly has set the bar! Maharaja was simply just dapper in a designer piece sherwani that was both charismatic and sophisticated. It’s no surprise to see a bride don over the top outfits but I was elated with Amanjeet’s bridesmaids floral saalwaar kammez’s! The way these ladies shined coming down the aisle before the bride was just so picturesque! The Sikh wedding was followed by a customary Hindu ceremony with that was decorated with detail in mind by Bloom Box Designs. The following day the venue was transformed by Bloom Box Designs into a party haven that was full of performances, dance offs and family fun! The bride was a stunner in a twinkling red and gold lengha that was a nod to classic Bollywood royalty. No reception party would be complete without the euphonic harmony and Vik Dhillon of Sound Nation made sure this party never skipped a beat! A Panache Affair certainly knows their way around the wedding circuit and designed a wedding any Maharani could appreciate. We are excited to feature this wedding in its entirety and are anxiously awaiting the stills from Greycard Photography. This film calls for a steaming cup of chai with an extended highlight you are just going to love!
Cheers to Amanjeet and Sudher! See you tomorrow, dolls!
