Good morning, Maharanis! It is Friday, and like every day, we are here to re-fill your inspiration. A wedding is something we all dreamed about since we were just kids. One of the most fabulous days in our life is when you see that dream accomplished. Today, we want to present you with Shivani & Zeal's, dream come true. To begin this journey, let me take you to the exclusive Hanover Marriott. A perfect venue, chosen by our lovebirds to tie the knot! First of all, we would like to remark how our gorgeous Maharani showcased her natural beauty in such a perfect way. She chose the Bridal Butterflies' team for her beauty needs. And they delivered nothing but perfection! And we cannot forget to mention the marvelous Mehndi art that Rita Shah's Mehndi created for our bride. Let me tell you that everyone admired how dazzling she looked during the entire event. This was a memorable celebration that will forever be recalled thanks to the delicious food served by Rasoi, the cake and treats from Palermo Bakery, the decoration crafted by JP Decor, and of course, the phenomenal beats from M4U Events, who turned this gala into an epic party. You can relive every single detail of this moment by hitting the play icon below. So, get ready to admire the talented work of Lightyear Studio!
How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
I met my groom in college, and it was not love at first sight! We became really good friends and before we knew it, we had both fallen for each other. There wasn't one defining moment where I knew that he was the one. It was a culmination of events, the little things, that added up.
Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
We had a trip planned to Italy and France. I am the kind of person who has a very detailed itinerary when I go on vacation so he had to tell me that he had a photoshoot planned for us when we were in Paris because I had kept telling him how it's so cute that couples do photoshoots in these nice places. To avoid any chances of me finding the ring, he had his brother fly into Paris with the ring the day before! We did our photoshoot, and at the end, he got down on one knee outside of the Eiffel Tower.
How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
I knew from the beginning that I wanted a traditional red lehenga for my wedding day. I am also a very indecisive person and can never pick anything on my own because I am never sure of whether it looks good. I was trying on different lehengas and my daddy said "This is the one" when I tried one on. That is the one I ended up buying!
What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
The entire process was very enjoyable (and stressful), but our favorite part about the wedding-planning process was how much we learned about each other throughout the process and how much we learned about ourselves as well... our likes, dislikes, what we agree on, what we disagree on, and how to meet in the middle.
What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
They loved our DJ/MC and our decorations!
Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
The moment when I entered for my wedding was the most amazing feeling. I wanted time to freeze and to be able to capture the reactions of all of our friends and family. Also, our first look! My fiancé had not seen my outfit or any of my accessories prior to the first look so it was a complete surprise for him which made it all the more special.
If we inspire you today, wait to see what we have prepared for you on Monday. So stay tuned!
