Reston, VA Fusion Wedding by August McCue Films

This is by far one of our favorite fusion wedding highlight films. Anshu and Danny are a beautiful couple that joined two heritages and blended them flawlessly in a spectacular affair. August McCue Films filmed and artfully edited the captivating highlight film that shows the best and most significant moments of their wedding days. After an intimate Haldi and a Sangeet celebration, Hindu and Sikh traditions came together at the splendid Hyatt Regency Reston in Reston, Virginia. First, they shared traditional Sikh Vows and later unified their lives in an enchanting Hindu ceremony. The soon-to-be husband and wife royal-inspired looks were everything! Danny arrived in style and as a real Maharaja riding a majestic white horse provided by Olde Towne Carriages. At the same time, Maharani Anshu wore the quintessential Punjabi bridal lehenga for her Sikh ceremony and an exquisite traditional red lehenga for her Hindu wedding. These ensembles are every bride's dream! The dancing evening kicked off with Bollywood tunes and upbeat choreographies. Imperial Decor created the setup with dramatic chandeliers decorating the table, adding elegance to the romantic setup. Visit our blog Main Blog and see all the inspiring snaps captured by Catch Motion Studio, and check out the equally touching highlight film of this fusion love story's grandeur!

Poignant traditional weddings are feature in Maharani Weddings every day! Don't miss our next story tomorrow.

Cancun, MX Indian Fusion Wedding by Dean Sanderson Photography

Maharanis! A few times, we can see a destination and fusion wedding on Video! So, Yes! We are swooning over this charming highlight film captured by the fantastic crew of Dean Sanderson PhotographySunjeet and Paolo's union was a series of elevated, seaside-chic fusion functions that honored the couple's cultures. They started their wedding gateway by greeting their loved ones at the perfect refuge, the magnificent Petit Lafitte! This tranquil seaside spot also offered a private beach environment for their western ceremony. For this event, Maharani Sunjeet looked elegant and whimsical in a white mermaid dress, perfect for a ceremony in the sand. While Hello Beauty Mx finished off her bridal beach look with natural makeup and soft hair waves. Who says you have to wear a tie on your big day? Paolo looked dashing for his first vows, wearing an elegant pastel blue suit and a white shirt. I also love how he styled his groomsmen, too! After saying I do, the night ocean views and stars served as the backdrop for a beautiful reception. This union's overall tropical chic vibe was accented with rustic wood tables decorated with palm-leave runners by Kibalam FloreriaDJ Riz Entertainment made a memorable party, providing the best music for the reception and Baraat procession. Mexican-based Mehndi artist Ligia decorated Sunjeeet's hands and feet, and Masaba Couture & Pernia's- Pop-Up shop provided the stunning red lehenga choli set she wore for her Indian affair. She made a super stylish appearance for this occasion! To wrap up the celebrations, family and friends gathered at the exclusive Petit Lafitte's shore and celebrated one last time with a great party! Philadelphia, PA Indian Wedding by Studio KSD

Welcome to another fabulous wedding story, loves! Today we unveiled another masterpiece by the talented wedding storyteller Studio KSD. This time they delivered the beautiful highlight video of Nisha and Dhrumil's union. All the romance, the love, and the joy of two families coming together as one surrounded by pure elegance and translated into a magnificent visual testament. The Philly couple picked The Logan Philadelphia Curio Collection by Hilton to host their big days. With its sprawling spaces, it was just the ideal spot for these two to tie the knot in front of a big crowd of family and friends. The outdoor ceremony took place in the peaceful courtyard where the decor team of Florista Decor created a charming mandap with lush flowers and sprawling greenery. What a lovely location! Timeless and regal, Maharani Nisha looked like the ultimate Maharani! She was glammed by bridal expert Beauty by Kiran Kaur LLC and got the artistic Mehendi touch of Rita Shah Mehndi Artis on her hands and feet. She created a magnificent henna design worthy of a queen that perfectly matched her queenly ceremony lehenga choli set. For her last function, this stylish bride's reception trousseau expressed her lively personality. She opted for a shimmery, sparkly blue lehenga that was perfect for the starry night she was about to live! It was officially time to start the party, and Zac Clejan played his best notes for the couple's grand entrance to complement their big night while DJ Bobby set the tone for the crowd to packed the dancefloor! Thanks again to Studio KSD for creating such a gorgeous film for this pair. We found so much inspiration! Please click on the video below and enjoy each scene.

They crafted a visual masterpiece that narrates all the love, joy, and grandeur surrounding Vinny and Jim on their big day. She made an alluring yet elegant statement wearing a lace mermaid wedding gown by Bridal Suite of Bay Shore. I am sure she enchanted everyone at the altar! For her reception bash, she slipped into a stunning violet silk saree Talented Nicki Glam created the perfect loose bun hairstyle and makeup that worked perfectly for both looks and made her the spotlight of her soiree. Anaheim, CA Gujarati Wedding by Avec Lumiere Productions

Hello ladies! Ready for your daily dose of inspiration? I hope you do because we have Shalini and Neil's incredible wedding highlight video captured by Avec Lumiere Productions. This California-based couple carefully planned with the help of Events by Sep. All the events that formed these nuptials displayed unique themes and elegant decors that turned into authentic feasts for the eyes! I love the cherry blossom backdrop of their pre-wedding functions and the pink Sangeet theme. So romantic! The couple chose the great Delta Hotels by Marriott as the location for their dream wedding. Here, Raja Neil started their final event with an energetic Baraat procession entering the ceremony to the beat of Fusion Sounds. After a fun Varmala ceremony, the wedding rituals took place under a stunning acrylic mandap created by Kismet Event Design. The decor crew showed off his talent by creating a dazzling white and gold scenery that was opulent yet elegant. They truly gave this two a decor they will never forget. The evening quickly transitioned into a magical night with mesmerizing violet lightning designed by Fusion Sounds. They also created a perfect music set that took the crowd into a dance frenzy that lasted all night! Remember ladies, hit play on this beautiful highlight film by Avec Lumiere Productions. You won't regret it.

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
I knew he was the one when I first came down to Pittsburgh only to have a delayed flight! I was supposed to come in at 6 pm and instead came home at midnight. When I walked in he had this whole dinner at home set up, with plates and red napkins and candles! He even cooked the perfect meal!
Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
What I thought would be a fancy lunch date on top of the mountain turned out to be the man of my dreams popping the question! Somehow he got me dressed up, got my nails done, and got to on a gondola without any suspicion. When he got to the location on the top, I saw the proposal set up, and I said to him, "Oh, look, someone is getting proposed to; we can't go there" I tried to stop him many many times from going closer and closer to the site. It clicked to me when the violist started playing the Wada Raha song that this proposal was for me! He proposed, and everyone around the site cheered, and then 5 mins later our whole family showed up! Literally all of them from all over the states!

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
I started planning in the middle of COVID, thinking it would go away. But all of my vendors were really nice and willing to work with me. We originally had a July date, but due to restrictions in other countries, we had to push back our date to December. Our vendors were flexible in making the change without any issues. I started off booking my make-up artist Drea first! We only had our date at this point. Then I went on to book my venue and wedding planner at the same time. The rest fell in place one by one!
How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
This was really hard since I was not able to go to India and new outfits were not coming to the states. I knew I wanted to wear red. The first store we went to was Frontier in LA. I tried on a few but really fell in love with one of them. But I knew I should try more when I went to NY and NJ. So a few months later I went around and tried on more, sometimes I tried them on just to entertain myself and see if I liked anything I wore! But all I could think of was that outfit I really liked. The week after I told my mom to just go purchase the one I really liked and she face timed me and we bought it!
I also wanted to wear my mom's wedding sari or try to incorporate it into my outfit somehow! The final look didn't come together till the week before but I decide to wear it with a white choli as my baarat outfit. This was super special because my mom and I did a little welcome dance as well.
What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
They all said they loved the food and coming to California even though the weather wasn't the best!
Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Every time I look at our highlight video all of the memories just rush in now! I think the most fun I had was during our pithi and sangeet night. We did a flash mob during the sangeet and it was the most amazing thing ever that came together!
For events other than your ceremony, please tell us as much as you would like about the decor, style, dances, and all the special details.
Pithi: The theme for this event was Capri/lemon. The team did an amazing job making the ganpathi in various blue sea items!
Satak: The idea was to go with something peaceful and serenity. So we decided to do a lotus in the background with cherry trees coming from the side.
Sangeet: The theme was Jaipur. I called this event Pink City Soriee on our invites.
Wedding: All white with greenery
Reception: I wanted to bring back a little bit of the proposal to bring in a full circle of this time period. We added a mountain decal on our dance floor with red and purple flowers through out the backdrop and tables.
Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
Enjoy it all! Try not to worry too much about small details and small fights with your parents. Go with the flow and enjoy it because it won't come again.
Anything else you want to tell us? We'd love to hear all about your other details! (jewelry, mehndi, venue, cake, bouquets, etc.)
