Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
Our proposal happened on Christmas Day in NYC. Jay knew he wanted it to be a surprise so he asked a couple of my cousins to help out. My cousin woke up Christmas morning begging to go to NYC to see all the decor. Finally, I agreed to go with and Jay popped the question in front of Rockefeller. It was perfect!

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
I hired Wera Events for my wedding planning and am truly grateful. I found all my vendors from referrals or social media and Judy from Wera took over from there!

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
I designed my outfit at Sajda by Suman. They have such beautiful pieces and I was so happy with how my outfit turned out.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
The guests particularly enjoyed the baraat! Rain was in the forecast that day, but there was lots of sunshine for the baraat. It's not every day you get to see your soon to be husband surfing on top of his baraat car.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?

Anywhere you looked, there was beauty all over the place thanks to the colorful decor put together by Event4uall. It was an ode to extravaganza that we loved so much! Another thing everyone loved was the dancing, which radiated happiness to the guests. DJ Jaz GTB Productions and G2 Singh Music rocked the dance floor and put everyone on their feet! The halls of the CJSA Gurudwara witnessed the beginning of Jaspriya & Rahul's everlasting love story, and later on, everyone celebrated the newlyweds in an intimate reception. Throughout the entire festivities, Jaspriya amazed everyone thanks to the spectacular work of hair and makeup gurus Fiza Mansoor and Amber Franks. But that is not all!
