At Maharani Weddings, we love a good Bollywood affair! Prepare yourself for Tulika and Kunal’s exuberant wedding extravaganza beautifully captured by Photographick Studios. We were mesmerized by the gorgeous bride, who sparkled from head to toe in her red lehenga and twinkling jewels. This wedding is a perfect example of the saying “beauty is in the details,” and our jaws dropped when we caught sight of the majestic mandap by Dharma Events. The couple’s ceremony was a tearjerker, and it was a joy to watch this exuberant twosome tie the knot. They’ve come a long way from their college days of IMing and gchatting! The next day, loved ones gathered to celebrate the newlyweds in a lavish reception bash at the Hyatt Reston. Again, Dharma Events pulled out all the stops to deck the ballroom out in tons of sparkling accoutrements. And kudos to the planning and design coordinators from Dream Shaadi for helping the newlyweds pull off a seamlessly executed celebration. We were struck by all the talent apparent within this bash.  Tulika, Kunal, and their loved ones are such fabulous dancers, and the dance floor rocking out to DynastyAV’s melodies was a joy to watch! We are such fans of weddings in which couples combine their cultural traditions, and the gorgeous celebrations of Maansi and Rich are a perfect showcase of that concept. This film by KSD Weddings is such a sweeping, cinematic masterpiece, and above all, captures the pure love between the radiant lovebirds. We first meet Maansi and Rich exploring the beautiful Connecticut outdoors, near their gorgeous Hyatt Regency Greenwich venue. They were surrounded by lush greenery, sparkling waterfalls, and sunshine streaming from all angles, and the couple looked so happy and so in love! We cannot wait to see the portraits by Tina Doshi - KSD Weddings. Maharani Maansi was dazzling in a classic red and white lehenga, with SV Bridal Concepts creating her incredible look that included a regal updo and perfectly airbrushed makeup that highlighted her striking beauty. Their dreamy mandap setup by Elegant Affairs included white draping embellished with lavender blooms and uplighting. So chic! After the uplifting ceremony, the newlyweds amped up the color and volume with their spectacular, deep purple reception extravaganza. The couple and their guests couldn’t contain their joy, and the night contained oodles of heartfelt speeches and insane dance moves to jams by DJ Rashad - DJUSA. This serene wedding film by Inspired Effects is drenched in hues of violet and captures the magic of Lisha and Ajith’s marriage celebrations perfectly! Lisha and Ajith were the picture perfect bride and groom, with Maharani Lisha in a classic lace gown with dewy makeup by Makeup by Jeena Samuel and an elaborate, flowing ‘do by Elizabeth Savoy that made her resemble an angel!  Meanwhile, Ajith and his groomsmen were dashing in crisp gray suits. The expressions of the couple and their guests throughout the film were adorable, and it was obvious how much love was all around! After the meaningful ceremony at GracePoint Church, the energy was cranked up to full blast for the couple’s vibrant fuchsia reception at the Hilton Garden Inn Lewisville! We love fusion weddings for many reasons, but we have to admit the multiple fashion changes make us especially giddy! We cheered when Maharani Lisha entered her ballroom in a glittering gold and purple sari. The color couldn’t have suited her better and she looked gorgeous and ready to party for her purple power reception! Everything about the draping, flowers, and stage setup by Wedding Decor by Faiza was jaw dropping and the ambiance in the ballroom was definitely the height of luxury! The film ended on a euphoric note as guests showed off their best moves to a light show and infectious Bollywood hits by 1Amazing DJ! WalkOnWater Productions brings us yet another visual masterpiece featuring some of the most dazzling moments from Manisha and Jai’s wedding! We found ourselves hitting play over and over again since the film takes us on such a spectacular ride! When we first encounter Manisha and Jai at The Westin Charlotte wedding locale, they are adorning themselves in gorgeous designer Indian garb and glittering accessories. During their emotional first look, the striking couple both looked as if they stepped straight off the runway! Maharani Manisha was breathtaking in a cherry red lehenga with the most beautifully embellished skirt and bombshell hair and makeup by Style by Susmita! Handsome Jai also brought his fashion A-game, and looked so dapper in his sherwani and orange and red bandhani turban. After he slipped on some shades and slid into his sleek red convertible, he looked as cool as a cucumber and danced up a storm during his energetic baraat! After the lovely, traditional ceremonial rites, the couple departed as newlyweds in a flurry of hugs, kisses, and tears! The film ends with scenes from Manisha and Jai’s incredible reception with Dynasty AV & Entertainment helming the turntables! We didn’t think it was possible, but Manisha may have looked even more gorgeous for her reception event, in a deep green lehenga that contrasted beautifully with the soft pastel decor that adorned the ballroom at The Westin Charlotte. Though the weather was freezing outside on Katie and Neeraj’s wedding day, the environment inside their Eaglewood Resort & Spa venue couldn’t have been warmer! This loved up affair included two matrimonial ceremonies and oodles of excited guests ready to celebrate the much beloved couple! We absolutely loved the couple’s fashions for both events. Maharani Katie wore a coral lehenga for the Indian ceremony and slipped into a diaphanous white gown with a jewel encrusted bodice for the second ceremony. We love it when brides at fusion weddings pay homage to both cultures, and Katie did a fantastic job accomplishing this! Neeraj also looked incredible, in a regal sherwani for the Hindu ceremony, followed by a strapping tux! The event’s photographer from Vrai Photography shared that her favorite moment of the night was when Neeraj cut of the officiant with a joyous “I will!” causing Katie and all the guests to laugh until they cried! After the emotional ceremonies, Katie, Neeraj, and their guests were whisked off to the reception soiree, which was decorated lavishly in draping and colorful flowers by the artists at Dahlia Blooms and tangerine hued uplighting by Dream Occasions! We were hanging on to every word in the speeches given by the newlyweds’ family and friends, and loved that a couple members of the bridal party were in Green Bay Packers hats! Definitely some fierce Packers pride going on! The reception program was extraordinary, including dances by Neeraj’s nieces and nephews and a Ukrainian dance troupe bringing the house down! Katie and Neeraj then took over the dance floor to music by Belle Music and Spinnin' Discs, and guests partied all night long to celebrate Mr. and Mrs. Mehrotra!
