On today’s film blog we have a special wedding highlight captured by Aperina Studios celebrating Maharani Harpreet and Davinder and their beautiful Sikh celebration out of Northern California at the Sikh Gurdwara Sahib. We know our mehndi artists and when Neeta Desai Sharma of Mehndi Designer comes on board as your mehndi master, you know it! The bride’s intricate henna was carefully designed in a one of a kind pattern that only Neeta could create. Mona Sangha was bequeathed the very important task of dolling the bride up and not a single eyelash was out of place from the magic hands of this makeup artist. The bride wore a gorgeous coral pink and gold dusted lengha that was just dripping with elegance and class. The bright colors of the bridal attire instantly caught my eye and I couldn’t keep my eyes of the bride in every single clip of this highlight. The reception event was held at The Grand 1401 with Covered with Elegance bathing each corner of the venue with the utmost in luxury design. Anytime Wicked Entertainment is at the turntables you know you are in for a packed dance floor and a rocking celebration. JSK Photography was there each step of the way as the premier photographers and we cannot wait until Jas and Mandy submit this wedding so we can revel in the celebration in all of its glory! Happy Monday Maharanis! Today, we have a visual treat that will be sure to put a smile on your face and revel in the union of true love. We love highlight clips that embody not just the wedding events, but the pre-ceremony, engagement and of course candid moments forever treasured. Which is why we absolutely adore this cinematic masterpiece captured by Dream Productions. After reliving the highlight celebrating Maharani Harman and Kulveer, we must say that not a single tissue was left in the box. The bride was stunning in each clip, no doubt to the magic brushes of both Verma Ruchika of LeSonne Bridals and Honey Beauty Lounge. This bride has an eye for fashion and each ensemble from her mehndi night, photo shoot in the woods (can we say super romantic?) and the Sikh wedding at the Gurdwara Dasmesh Darbar were pure designer masterpieces. There was no shortage of fun, family and luxury here in Ontario; clearly evident in this flick. The beats for the baraat were led by Eminence Entertainment with Empire Entertainment at the turntables at the Apollo Convention Centre. Harman brought on Lux Decors to spearhead all the floral and decor arrangements. We just knew that when Exquisite Occasions signs on for yet another fabulous Indian event, you are in for a visual treat! Not one to disappoint, the stellar planning and design team brought a thrilling, romantic and fun series events to us and you can revel in all the glory by hitting play!

We are always over the moon about cinematic same day edits because we often feel like a part of the wedding! Robles Video Productions had us yet again at Sabina and Ricky’s elegance-personified Sikh ceremony at Taglyan Complex, orchestrated by Planned by Pari. We simply could not believe that this was filmed and edited in a matter of a few hours. Given just how breathtaking it all looked, we can’t help but wonder what the stills by Greycard Photography must look like! One of the best parts of this cinematic journey was being able to see the myriad traditional elements of a Sikh wedding so up close; everything was explored in great detail, all the way from the turban draping, the Bhangra during the Baraat, the Milni, and the symbolic five K’s. We also got a closer look at Sabina’s chic selection of trousseau. She opted for a pastel coral floor-length anarkali, fully studded with sequins and beading work. A lovely statement kundan matha patti and beaded jhumkas perfectly complemented her blush makeup. Beauty by NG Nida Gazi rightly added a pop of red via Sabina’s lipstick, and styled her hair in a big bun that held the tulle, embroidered dupatta-veil. Ricky made a grand entrance with his Baraat put together by Enchanted Carriages, to the beats of the live Dhol music by Jess Tooray, Malinder Tooray & Jag Tooray. He donned a floral thread embroidered ornate sherwani in a burgundy and cream combination, matching Sabina’s bridal elegance so very subtly. Manohar’s Delhi Palace was the perfect choice for catering, leaving guests raving about the flavorful customized menu. This stunning ceremony was showcased at the reception later that day, and from what we heard, the DJs from Legacy Events had the guests glued to the dance floor!
