Tamil Nadu, IN Indian Wedding by Magic Motion Media

If love were a tapestry, Sima & Arun’s wedding at the opulent Leela Palace Chennai was the masterpiece you’d see hanging in a museum, drawing gasps of awe. Set against Chennai’s coastal charm, their Indian wedding unfolded like a Bollywood blockbuster, with vibrant colors, heartfelt moments, and jaw-dropping style.

Sima walked into her wedding ceremony draped in a breathtaking red-and-gold silk saree from Sari Palace, shimmering with every intricate weave. Her jewelry, a stunning collection from The Bling Bag, added that regal flair we all secretly hope to achieve when trying on earrings in the mirror. Equally dashing, Arun matched her elegance in a cream-and-gold sherwani from Sari Palace, proving that modern-day maharajas exist.

Stepping into the venue felt like walking into a royal palace. The team at Marriage Colours transformed the stunning Leela Palace into a wonderland of Indian opulence. The mandap, adorned with marigolds and white jasmine, was a floral fantasy that perfectly captured the essence of Chennai’s vibrant traditions. The aisle? A pathway of red roses and golden lanterns set the stage for a regal entrance.

The pre-wedding festivities were a riot of joy, laughter, and colors. Sima’s Haldi and Mehndi outfits from Dreams Collections were a perfect mix of tradition and trend. No wedding look is complete without the ideal touch of artistry, and Beauty by Lishma delivered nothing short of perfection for Sima’s big day. Renowned for enhancing natural beauty while creating a glamorous glow, Lishma worked her magic with impeccable skill and precision. Sima’s bridal look for the ceremony featured radiant, dewy skin, softly defined eyes and a bold red lip that complemented her traditional red-and-gold attire.

What truly set Sima & Arun’s wedding apart was the breathtaking highlight reel crafted by Magic Motion Media. This cinematic masterpiece transported guests into their love story, weaving together candid moments, heartfelt vows, and glimpses of their joyous celebrations. From their playful exchanges during the haldi ceremony to the romantic glow of their beach proposal, every frame was a perfect blend of raw emotion and artistry.

This wedding was a testament to love, culture, and impeccable taste.

Los Cabos, MX Indian Wedding by Nadia D Photography

Nestled against the serene backdrop of the Sea of Cortez, the Grand Velas Los Cabos offered more than just luxury; it provided a canvas for Neha & Anand's dream wedding. Renowned for its exceptional service and breathtaking vistas, the venue seamlessly integrated the beauty of its surroundings with the opulence required for such a grand affair. The meticulous attention to detail by the resort ensured that each event was nothing short of spectacular, providing an unforgettable experience for the couple and their guests.

Their romance sparked at a family wedding in 2015, and it was clear from the start that Neha & Anand were meant to be. Their journey from friends to soulmates is a heartwarming tale of love, sacrifice, and the shared pursuit of dreams. Anand's grand proposal on a sunset cruise in the Bahamas was just the beginning of their beautiful story.

Neha's wedding attire was a journey through colors and designs; her choice of a red Seema Gujral lengha for the ceremony paid homage to tradition, while the reception gown by Falguni Shane Peacock showcased her modern aesthetic. Anand complemented Neha's style perfectly, donning custom pieces from Kora and Ermenegildo Zegna. His outfits mirrored his bride's elegance and added a personal touch to the wedding's grandeur.

Prashe Decor's decor and Leonela MX's floral arrangements transformed the venue into a dreamlike setting. Each event, from the colorful Haldi to the enchanting reception, was a visual feast, reflecting the couple's taste and the vibrancy of Indian celebrations. The reception was a highlight, with its romantic and mystical setup. The transformation of the space into a lively club atmosphere later in the evening showcased their love for vibrant, energetic celebrations. Empire Entertainment ensured the dance floor was never empty, creating an unforgettable night for everyone.

Nadia D Photography captured the essence of Neha & Anand's special day with a touch of magic and an eye for the timeless. Having previously photographed a significant family event, Nadia was a sentimental choice for the couple, bringing a deeper emotional connection to each frame. Her ability to blend into the background while capturing intimate moments allowed the couple to relive their wedding through beautifully candid and vibrant images.

Reflecting on Neha's wedding planning journey, a vital advice for future brides emerges: Embrace the planning process as a part of your story, not just a means to an end. Neha's deep connection with her vendors, especially her wedding planner, turned the logistics of wedding planning into a series of joyful experiences and lasting friendships.

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
Our story begins in 2015 in Maykoba, Mexico at Anand’s sister’s wedding. When I met Anand, I felt as if I had just met an old friend. It was comfortable from the start, an easy friendship. After the wedding, I returned to Chicago, where I was in medical school, and Anand returned home to Florida. We continued to keep in touch, and after months of phone calls, facetime, and weekend trips together, we began our long-distance relationship. Despite the distance, Anand was my rock through the stressful times of medical school and applying to a dermatology residency. Eventually, Anand moved to Chicago to be closer to me and pursue his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Getting to chase our dreams together and watching all the sacrifices Anand made and continues to make for me, for us, for our careers, and for our future makes me fall in love with him all over again, day after day.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
After patiently waiting six years, Anand pulled off the surprise of a lifetime, proposing to me on a private sunset cruise around the Bahamas. The best part? Anand secretly flew out both of our families from Chicago and Florida and hid them in the cabin of the yacht, only for them to emerge as he got down on one knee. We spent the next few days relaxing in paradise with our loved ones – it was the start of many celebrations to come.

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
As we set forth to plan our wedding, we wanted to honor our past – a destination wedding in Mexico was an easy choice. To capture the weekend, we reconnected with talented photographer Nadia D, who photographed Anand’s sister’s wedding, where we first met. Although Nadia had given up wedding photography several years ago, she gracefully emerged from retirement to capture the essence of our love story, of which she had unknowingly been a part since day one. Our wedding date was special to us as well, and was chosen to honor our culture, our grandparents, and our (Neha’s) dad. We chose to get married on Diwali weekend - our grandparent’s favorite holiday. Auspiciously, Diwali fell on the same weekend as Veterans’ Day, a holiday special to Neha and her family. Neha’s dad is a first-generation immigrant who served as a captain in the US Air Force when he first came to this country while pursuing his medical career. It is an achievement few people know of, but one that both he and Neha are most proud of.

Anand and I planned every aspect of our wedding together. We wanted our ceremony to embody our traditional Indian roots as well as our Western upbringing. We exchanged personal vows alongside the traditional Saat pheras. This blend of customs allowed us to express our individual commitments while honoring our Indian heritage. The personal vows, spoken in front of our loved ones, highlighted the equality in our partnership and our shared vision for the future. One of the most striking aspects of the ceremony was the presence of a female priestess, a choice that challenged traditional norms and underscored our commitment to gender equality. We made a conscious decision to skip the Vidaai ceremony, which traditionally symbolizes the bride's departure from her family. By omitting this ritual, we emphasized that our marriage was not about separation but rather the union of two families. Additionally, Neha accessorized her custom-made red Seema Gujral lengha with family heirlooms from both sides – a silver and ruby necklace passed down by Anand's mother and a gold ring from her Nani.

For the reception, Neha embodied her Western roots in a custom blush champagne silver beaded gown with an attached cape and train, created in collaboration with celebrity Indian designer Falguni Shane Peacock. She wanted a look that was stunningly simple, something that reflected her personality. The reception venue was transformed into a romantic wonderland, with a black, dimly lit room filled with life-like pampas trees and an explosion of white and cream flowers. We wanted to create an atmosphere that was both intimate and grand. The evening featured traditional first dances, with a touching addition of Neha dancing with her new father-in-law and Anand with his new mother-in-law, symbolizing the union of their families. As the night progressed, the elegant reception transformed into a high-energy club scene, capturing Anand's love for electronic music. LED ropes, pinheads, lasers, and CO2 guns created an electrifying atmosphere. It was the perfect way to end our celebration—honoring our roots while embracing our love for modern, vibrant experiences. The joy of seeing their family and friends wholeheartedly embrace both of their cultures was a powerful reminder that love truly has the remarkable ability to unite people and celebrate diversity. This was our day—a true reflection of our love story and the beginning of a new chapter amidst the warmth of our loved ones.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
Becoming friends with our vendors. We looked forward to every call with our wedding planner, Nirali, and spent the first 25-30 minutes of each call catching up on each other's lives and reminiscing on our weeks. Nirali got engaged prior to our wedding in Chicago, and we got to be a part of the surprise proposal and weekend celebrations. To this day, Nirali is a close friend of ours, and we feel special to have had her as part of our wedding and now part of our lives!

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Our guests loved how our wedding reflected who we were, both as individuals and as a couple. We hosted nearly all our events at the Grand Velas, where all of our guests stayed, so our families and friends really got to know one another over the weekend and spent time together. There's no better feeling than having all your loved ones together - getting to do it in paradise was just the cherry on top.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Following the ceremony, we hosted a private dinner at Velas 10, the on-site restaurant, with Michelin-star Chef Anand catering the event. Both of us are huge foodies, and many of our favorite memories together are trying new cuisines and culinary experiences, so it was important to us to provide a unique and unforgettable dining experience for our loved ones. The celebration continued at Bagatelle nightclub for a night of revelry and to reminisce on our trip together to Miami, where we officially began dating. We kicked off the night with a grand entrance that included bottles of champagne and table dancing.

For events other than your ceremony, please tell us as much as you would like about the decor, style, dances, and all the special details.
For the Haldi, Neha chose to wear a stunning green Ritika Mirchandani sharara set for the Haldi ceremony, while Anand embraced tradition in a classic yellow kurta set. As a dermatologist, Neha incorporated her expertise into the event, opting for the Kiehls Turmeric Energizing Radiance Mask, a modern twist on the traditional Haldi application for that glowing pre-wedding radiance.

For the Sangeet, Neha dazzled in a floral Shyamal and Bhumika lehenga with an off-shoulder blouse. The venue transformed into a Mexican Fiesta Fairytale with floral accents adorning the dance floor, bar, and DJ booth. The night was illuminated by overhead fairy lights, and tequila girls added a touch of local flavor, creating an enchanting atmosphere.

Anything else you want to tell us? We'd love to hear all about your other details! (jewelry, mehndi, venue, cake, bouquets, etc.)
The Hindu ceremony took place on a rooftop overlooking the ocean, bathed in the golden hues of sunset. Décor artist Prashe teamed up with Mexico City florist Leonela to bring our vision to life: chrome-lined aisles reflecting the sky and a mandap adorned with Neha's favorite flowers, lilies. A harp and violinist duo played as Neha made her grand entrance into a sea of lilies in a customized monochrome red Seema Gujral lehenga and a dazzling silver and ruby necklace passed down to her from her new mother-in-law.  The ceremony was conducted by a priestess, symbolizing the couple’s commitment to modernism and progressiveness. After concluding their personal vows, a burst of red smoke filled the sky with intermixed fireworks as we were pronounced husband and wife.

Their wedding showcased the beauty of blending cultures and embracing individuality.

Moorpark, CA Fusion Wedding by Samson Productions

As the festive spirit of December filled the air, Shikha & Brian's wedding at the enchanting Moorpark Country Club offered a breathtaking fusion of cultures, celebrated with the warmth and joy of the holiday season. This exceptional union blended two hearts and a vibrant mix of Indian and Western traditions.

It all started in a Chicano Studies class where Shikha & Brian, from different cultural backgrounds, discovered a mutual appreciation for new cultures. A simple act of courage—Shikha giving Brian her number—sparked a destined connection. As they ventured into their relationship, it was clear that Brian was her forever after. Under a canopy of stars, Brian proposed in a setting as magical as their upcoming wedding, marking the beginning of their journey to forever.

Navigating through the ups and downs of wedding planning, Shikha found joy in choosing vibrant themes and colors for their special day. With the unwavering support of Subham Events, led by the remarkable Kavita, every element was meticulously curated to reflect the couple's unique vision. Kavita's team worked tirelessly, ensuring that each detail—from the stunning floral arrangements by Kalyana Deepika Weddings to the seamless orchestration of the day's events—exceeded expectations. Their dedication and expertise in managing vendors and coordinating timelines made the celebration beautiful and stress-free. Drea V. Makeup, Shikha's top choice, added the perfect touches to her bridal look, bringing out her radiant beauty.

The quest for the perfect bridal lengha led Shikha's family across numerous stores in India until they found a traditional red lengha that symbolized love and celebration, accented with a contrasting pink veil. Shikha chose a forest green gown for the reception, echoing the lush Christmas colors, merging tradition with a festive twist.

Samson Productions played a pivotal role in capturing the essence of Shikha & Brian's fusion wedding. With their keen eye for detail and remarkable cinematic style, they were able to encapsulate the warmth and joy of the celebrations in both photography and videography.

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
We met in college in a Chicano Studies class. Both of us were not Chicanos, but it was so cool to have met in a class where we were learning about a new culture while also both being from our own cultures. I had a huge crush on Brian and was too nervous to give him my number, but towards the end of the semester, I worked up the courage and gave him my number. He immediately texted me, and we made plans to hang out. We both instantly felt a special connection. I always knew he was the one.

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
Wedding planning had its ups and downs, but it was so fun for me to research other weddings and wedding trends. Finding a hair and makeup artist was the hardest decision for me. I had friends and family with different opinions about how much I should be spending on hair/makeup, but in the end, I went with Makeup by Drea, who was my top pick since the beginning. I had been following her Instagram for a while and knew that I needed her for my wedding day. I reached out to her so late, but she miraculously had availability for my wedding date and was able to work her magic that day. I also enjoyed picking out the color theme for the wedding ceremony as well as the reception. My wedding planner and her team were HUGE support in making the day as incredible as it was. Subham Events was able to cater to all my needs while maintaining vendors within my budget. Kavita, my wedding planner, was able to get me an amazing photography/videography team with Samson Productions. They did an amazing job!

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
Finding my Lengha was one of the most difficult decisions I made for the wedding. I fell in love with a bridal Lengha online, but it was out of my budget. From there, I had family in India who traveled to so many different bridal stores until they finally found THE DRESS. I always knew I wanted the traditional Indian red for my bridal Lengha. I also wanted a separate pink veil to contrast the traditional red. For the reception look, I knew I wanted to go with a dark, forest green, especially since the wedding was a few days after Christmas. It fits the Christmas vibes very nicely.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
One of the most enjoyable parts of the planning process was coming up with the color themes and coordinating outfits with my groom (Brian), as well as helping my family members coordinate their outfits. I also enjoyed getting closer to all my family during this time. I could not have done it without their support and help in this process. I cannot recall the amount of calls I made to my mom and sister regarding all the little details about the wedding.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Our guests really loved our venue. It was located at the beautiful Moorpark Country Club. The outdoor portion of the venue was incredible with the dreamy gazebo and hanging lights across the trees. The golf course surrounded by mountains made for some incredible photos not only for our wedding album but for our guests who used the opportunity to get a little photoshoot in for themselves.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
One very special moment that Brian (groom) and I shared was when we were finally in our reception outfits and were able to take a private moment on the outside part of the venue. We took so many dreamy photos under the beautiful dangling lights. That evening we were fortunate enough to have a one-of-a-kind "halo" moon, which made the moment even more special. When we both look back at those photos, we instantly feel the emotions we felt at that extra moment.

For events other than your ceremony, please tell us as much as you would like about the decor, style, dances, and all the special details.
Mehendi ceremony: our mehendi ceremony took place a very gracious family friend's home. We kept it small with only family and close friends attending. Many of my friends were non-desi so it was their first time seeing bridal henna or even getting a henna tattoo. The decor was all DIY with the help of friends and family. The outfit I picked for that ceremony incorporated the traditional green.

Haldi ceremony: the ceremony started with the Ganesh Pooja and Grahshanti Pooja followed by the haldi ceremony. I put a lot of work into getting the perfect hair look. My cousin who is a hair/makeup artist helped me get ready for that day. She did my hair based on a Pinterest board I sent her.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
On the day of the wedding, time will fly by. Take a moment while you're getting ready with your friends/family and soak in all the emotions and appreciate all those who are surrounded by you.

Anything else you want to tell us? We'd love to hear all about your other details! (jewelry, mehndi, venue, cake, bouquets, etc.)
We wanted to incorporate our cat (Sterling) into our wedding so we included him in our cake topper as well as on our cocktail hour napkins (not pictured).
The jewelry and all outfits were imported from India, including outfits for Brian's (groom) family.

Every detail of Shikha and Brian's wedding at the breathtaking venue celebrated unity and festivity.

Cancun, MX Indian Wedding by Paperboys

In the lush, sun-dappled grounds of the Moon Palace Grand, Priya & Mit embarked on a journey that wasn’t just the union of two souls but a grand South Asian spectacle! This wasn’t just a wedding—it was a movie in the making, with every moment choreographed to perfection and every scene worthy of an encore.

The festivities kicked off with a baraat that made everyone stop in their tracks. Drums in Paradise lived up to their name, transforming Mit’s grand entrance into an electrifying celebration with even palm trees swaying to the beat. Mit, the dashing groom, arrived in a regal ensemble that perfectly matched Priya’s breathtaking bridal lehenga. The ceremony was a symphony of traditions and modern elegance, orchestrated flawlessly by Dream Shaadi.

With Evoke’s floral mastery adorning every corner, the couple’s first look unfolded like a fairytale—Priya’s radiance amplified by the exquisite styling of Empowdered by Amola, and Mit looking as if he’d just stepped out of a Bollywood dream sequence.

What truly set Priya & Mit’s wedding apart were the personalized touches. From the custom mehndi art by Loto Mehndi that told their love story to the vintage getaway car that looked straight out of a James Bond movie, this celebration was a kaleidoscope of meaningful details.

Weddings of this grandeur don’t happen by chance. Indian Destination Wedding, Inc. deserves a standing ovation for its seamless travel concierge services, ensuring every guest felt pampered from touchdown to takeoff.

And let’s give a massive round of applause to the artistic brilliance of Paperboys, who didn’t just capture moments—they immortalized emotions in a way that words could never do justice. Every frame told a story, from the stolen glances between Priya & Mit to the heartfelt embraces shared with their loved ones.

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
I was on UMD's raas team, Entouraas, for 3 years. I took a year off my Junior year and would constantly go to practices to support that year's team. That's the year that Mit joined the team. I didn't know very much about him except that he was a really good dancer (I couldn't help but notice him during their run-throughs) and that he was apparently really funny. One of our friends and my sister randomly both told me on separate occasions that Mit and I would make a really good couple and that I should go for it. I ended up making the first move, but it didn't really go anywhere. We were both at different points in life. However, the team was really invested in our love story, and so were our friends- they took every opportunity to tease us or put us together (we even got tricked into going on a triple date with two other couples- talk about awkward!). But it worked! We spent the entire summer before 4th year connecting over our future goals, studying for the DAT (me) and PCAT (Mit) while venting to each other and bonding over similar upbrings/values. In my senior year, I joined Entouraas again. We were assigned to be partners, and the rest is history- we became partners for life.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
I knew the proposal was coming this year but didn't know for sure when. For spring break, we had a trip planned to San Diego with Mit's cousins. Right before leaving on the trip, I found an invite to my proposal party on my mom's phone by accident. Luckily, I didn't read the date or see many details and quickly closed out of it. I freaked out, but Mit convinced me that he didn't even have a ring yet and that I should know by now how he likes to plan things out early. I didn't question it because I know he's very type-A with these things, and once he gets an idea in his head, he doesn't relax until it is sorted. We left for San Diego, and it started off just like all the other cousin trips. However, one night, everyone had planned to dress up fancy for dinner and go to Sunset Cliffs. Mit knew I love sunsets, so before the trip, I had joked to him that he should propose at Sunset Cliffs because the name is so fitting (little did I know that was the exact plan). I got ready and walked out to the living room of the Airbnb to see that no one else was ready. They were just stalling so that Mit could convince me to leave early to Sunset Cliffs with him since we were ready and the rest would meet us. We got to Sunset Cliffs, and I walked into a pretty setup with all of our pictures overlooking the water while the sun was setting with a photographer and videographer waiting for us. Mit did a little dance and got on one knee. It was perfect. What was even more perfect was that Mit secretly flew in all of my siblings to surprise us afterward! And the fun didn't stop there; he planned two surprise proposal parties the following week to celebrate with all of our friends and fam!

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
The entire process was made easy and stress-free with Dream Shaadi. Sumeet (our wedding planner) took care of and thought of it all! He helped us get our dream wedding, and we cannot thank him or the entire team enough. We absolutely loved all of our vendors- they became like family to us by the end of the weekend and went out of their way to make us have the most unforgettable experience ever. Indian Destination Wedding introduced us to our dream venue- all of our guests really enjoyed the resort and all it had to offer. The food was amazing. Amola, my HMU artist, kept me company all week while I was having fun getting ready with the guests, but she really made me feel like a princess with the best looks. Our photo video team, Paperboys, and Paraagon Films captured every moment so perfectly and went out of their way to hype us up throughout the weekend- we felt all the love, energy, and good vibes.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
Knowing that I was getting to marry my favorite person ever at the end of it! And being able to plan all the little details/surprises for our guests to enjoy- especially since they were flying all the way out to Mexico to celebrate us. We really appreciated the friends and family who made the effort to be there for us and wanted them to enjoy the weekend just as much as us since we wouldnt be where we are today without all our loved ones support along the way.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
They loved all the little details throughout the weekend- we made custom t-shirts for the bride side vs the groom side to wear during our color party and had a tug of war between the two sides with some friendly competition. Each event was really unique but I think our guests loved the fireworks on the beach at the end of the night of our wedding, everyone was vibing and happy- it was the perfect way to end the best day ever.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Our post-wedding celebration dinner on the beach after our wedding ceremony was supposed to be just that- a calm, relaxing dinner with some entertainment (fire/water show and fireworks) along with some dancing to end the night. Instead, Mit and I did a sparkler entry and made our way to the dance floor. The DJ was getting ready to slow the music down so dinner could start, but instead, our entire bridal party ended up joining us and going crazy on the dance floor. The DJ kept it going, and all the guests ended up joining and hyping up within 10 minutes of the event starting. Our DJ had to force our crowd to sit down and eat dinner because everyone came to the party. The energy started high and kept on increasing throughout the night. We played a game called Bari Barsi that our Planner Sumeet came up with on the dance floor, and the crowd went wild- it was a way to get everyone hyped and onto the dance floor (not that they needed it). Then, Mit and I brought out our light-up sneakers onto the dance floor. Our friends and family loved it. It was the perfect way to celebrate getting married, and to top it all off; we got our own private fireworks show. The night ended with rain pouring down on everyone on the dance floor, but not a single person ran away- they just kept dancing in the rain, and our DJ kept it going while our other vendors held up a sheet over the DJ booth. It was awesome! Oh, and the Maggi that was served for late-night snacks for our reception.

For events other than your ceremony, please tell us as much as you would like about the decor, style, dances, and all the special details.
Each event was different themes and vibes.
Mehndi- private low key event with close fam and friends that arrived at the resort early. The best way to get hype for the wedding weekend.
Welcome party- on a rooftop that overlooked the beach. We got to meet and welcome all of our guests- it made us so happy to see everyone there for us. We played games and icbreakers with the crowd and danced the night away.
Haldi- we wore yellow and all of our guests were in green pink or orange. All of our guests tooks turns to put haldi on us and then showered us with flower petals. Oh and the groomsmen ripped off Mit's kurta.
Color Party- had all of our guests in custom white tshirts that designated them to bride side or groom side. We did some friendly competitive tug of war between the two side (bride side won hehe) and then started a color party on the beach. We all ended up running into the water a the end.
Sangeet- this fell on halloween night- we did a ton of garba, had LOTS of dance performances and speeches, and it ended with two of our friends dressing up as scary nuns and joining the dandiya raas with all of our guests. It was hilarious.
Wedding- We had a joint baraat with a dance off between the bridal party. Mit cried while I walked down the aisle. And all of our guests showered us with rose petals and confetti while we exited the aisle after we were married. It was so magical.
Post wedding- see above question.
Reception- we had a pregame in a speakeasy near the reception venue. Then aerial bartenders served champagne as our guests entered the reception. It was blue themed- again lots of speeches and performances. And the party didnt stop until almost 2am- the dance floor was packed all night with the servers serving jager bombs all night right on the dance floor (our fav).

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
Don't stress too much- it all works out, and your guests won't notice all the things that didn't work out! Don't forget to take a moment to take it all in with your partner (at each event, take a second to pause and look around) and appreciate that it is finally your weekend- look around at all your friends and family there to celebrate you- and don't forget to have fun!!!!! You worked so hard to plan every detail, and now it's time to let loose and celebrate.

Anything else you want to tell us? We'd love to hear all about your other details! (jewelry, mehndi, venue, cake, bouquets, etc.)
Jewelry- from #ljcolection19 on instagram- absolutely the best to work with- she took the time to make sure I loved everything I got and helped me match it to each outfit.
Venue- Moon Palace The Grand in Cancun, Mexico- the best!!!!!!

Guests left reminiscing about the vibrant energy and celebrations they had just witnessed.
