We are happy to share Reva & Jigar's love story. The festivities commenced with a vibrant Sangeet at the illustrious Royal Alberts. The Bridgewater Marriott provided a luxurious backdrop for the ceremony and reception, where every corner was adorned with breathtaking floral arrangements by Elegant Affairs. The talented team at Malenia Events flawlessly orchestrated the wedding day. Thanks to Glamorous Vibes LLC's exquisite hair and makeup artistry, Reva looked like a vision from a fairytale. As the couple exchanged vows, the air was filled with the promise of forever, captured impeccably by Lightyear Studio. Their cinematography told the story of their love with elegance and grace, ensuring that every smile, tear, and joyous dance was immortalized. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the electrifying entertainment provided by M4U Events. We are thrilled to share the enchanting wedding of Divya & Keyur, a celebration of love and elegance in a picturesque Grand Palladium location that provided a breathtaking backdrop for this joyous occasion. With its lush gardens and elegant architecture, the expansive venue set the stage for a genuinely magical celebration. Liz Medina Weddings expertly planned the event, while JC Castillo Weddings dazzled with their impeccable design. The aisle was adorned with ethereal floral arrangements by Roses & Co and lush blooms from Luis Salas Floral Experience. Zuniga's exquisite decor and Love Memories Weddings' dreamy ceiling decor added luxury to the venue. Divya was pampered by Sara Tamargo's Makeup and Hair, looking radiant. Gareth Davies Photography captured every precious moment, allowing us to relive the love and joy of Divya & Keyur's special day. This wedding was a symphony of beauty and heartfelt moments. Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
While we were on a trip in Southern California with my sister, Keyur intended to propose on Point Dume at Malibu - which we now lovingly call 'Point Doom.' It was a mild climb to the top, but the views were breathtaking. Keyur started looking around, and I immediately felt suspicious of what was happening (my intuition never lies). We walked to at least three different locations on the peak, where he apparently was searching for the 'right spot' to propose. It turned out that my sister, who was supposed to capture the moment, had chosen to wear the absolute wrong shoes for the job, and she felt very nervous hiking around. Keyur called it off that evening, but the next day, he brought me back sans photographer, got down on one knee, and I immediately said, 'Heck yeah!'. A pair of strangers saw what was happening and captured the moment for us. We always laugh about it, but what made it most special was that it was authentic and true to us.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
I started my bridal lehenga search saying I wanted to wear 'anything but red', and then of course ended up with a red lehenga! It was a stunning piece designed by Nitika Gujral; I loved the intricacy of her embroidery and modern touch with small floral motifs.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
Planning our destination wedding in Mexico was no easy feat, as we had to work in our full-time roles and coordinate with our families on opposite coasts. We rightfully placed our trust in our incredible Cancun-based wedding planners - JC Castillo, Lizbeth Medina, Veronica Prado, and team - who helped us prepare for the multitude of logistics through their significant experience and continually reassured us that it would all work out in the end. We have fond memories of laughing through our planning calls! Planning was also an opportunity for us to connect with our families in a unique way; we learned what was most important to each family member and tried to give them the opportunity to leave their mark on that aspect.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
We were touched to hear that guests truly enjoyed themselves at our wedding; it was important to us to put ourselves in their shoes. We spaced out wedding events to avoid more than one major event per day - guests were able to relax and savor the serene atmosphere of Costa Mujeres. The food was outstanding; with great help from Chef Fernanda and Anabel from Patravali Cancun, we developed unique and customized food menus - including the first-ever Turkish station at our welcome party, fusion live stations at the sangeet, and plated thalis at our wedding dinner. Guests raved about the music and danced their hearts out, courtesy of DJ Insomnia & Premier Entertainment. Finally, each venue was jaw-droppingly beautiful and had a literal touch of magic, thanks to the JC Castillo Weddings planning team. The fairy-tale reception, complete with live musicians and ballet dancers, was truly out of this world.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
The planning process can make you feel overwhelmed by the details, but during the wedding weekend, the only thing that matters is your presence and connection to everyone around you. And – as it goes by in the blink of an eye – invest in an amazing photographer like Gareth Davies; memories fade, but exceptional photos will help you experience the magic forever.

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
Sunny and I matched on Dil Mil December of 2021 and met in person for the first time in Chicago January 2022. I knew Sunny was the one March of 2022 during our St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in the Windy City.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
Our Proposal took place in Millennium park in downtown Chicago. First it started with Sunny last minute deciding on joining Dhara and her family for thanksgiving dinner at her home. We then headed to the city to help a friend set up for a proposal, while that's what Dhara thought. They got to the spot where the proposal was supposed to happen. Dhara started throwing rose petals in the path. When she was done and turned around and saw Sunny down on one knee. After she said yes they had a photoshoot in all their favorite spots. Then went to Flight club where their first date was. Dhara was shocked when she walked in to all her family and friends there ready to celebrate the newly engaged couple. It was the PERFECT proposal.

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
Venue:
We narrowed down to Dallas being our destination and then made a list of venues to tour. We mostly tour hotels and 2 non-traditional venues. The Dallas Oasis was chosen because of its opportunity to make each event seem like it was in a new place and it fit our guest count.
Hair & Makeup:
I knew I wanted Darshi from Chicago no matter where we ended up, so I made sure she was available and reserved her as soon as we had a date.
Decor:
With the help from my sister we came up with a unique theme for each event with the mindset of reusing as much as we could.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
When thinking of my dream wedding dressing I knew I wanted a Sabyasachi, however could not justify their pricing. So I found a Delhi based designer that was willing to make me a custom made wedding lengha. She heard me out on all my plans and made my dream come true. The fabric, color, and hand work were all perfect. I was truly blown away with Raas Couture's work. Shefali and Esha were incredible throughout the whole process. They sent update videos and picture every step of the way and delivered the outfit right when they said they would. I would recommend them to any future bride.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
The designing of my wedding dress and decor were my favorite part.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Our guest even til this day are talking about how great the food was at all the events. Sawaii blew us out of the water with their delivery of food. They are also talking about how beautiful the Dallas Oasis space was. It was a unique and non-traditional wedding venue.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
My favorite moments from our wedding are the first look and our entrance to our reception. Our first look was perfect and so special. It was the one moment we got together to just take it all in before walking down the aisle. The reception entrance was perfect, we had the bridal party do a "bottle service" entrance and then had them stay on the dance floor to hype us up once we entered.

For events other than your ceremony, please tell us as much as you would like about the decor, style, dances, and all the special details.
Sangeet was a pastel color theme with food stations that covered all types of food. We had an ice cream cart on the move for any guest to enjoy a refreshing bowl of ice cream. We wanted each station to be a completely different experience.
